Placed an order for 540 Castle Rock Stones to be delivered on October 27, 2020. I was told it would be shipped straight from the distributor to the job site in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed with no stone. Was given a new date a week later. Still no stone. I was given a new date of December 6. Decided to cancel the order as the stone was needed for a job ASAP. Lowes delivered a gas range that my brother ordered for my mother and caused a gas leak in our home in which they refused to fix. We are livid and will NEVER spend another dollar with lowes. This was a very dangerous situation that they caused and refused to fix.

Iv spent 10s of thousands of dollars in heer and its pathetic never gets stocked iv ask for lumber that's on on top shelf because they never restock the bottom and they say they'll get someone to get it down but never do. Iv been watching 2x8s for 2 weeks with 3 on the shelf thire is a bundle up top but as of 2 weeks no one has restocked them. Great place for 'off the shelf' items. I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering carpet for my home. More than 2 months have passed, 4 missed appointments for installation. Very poor communications, phone calls not returned. Even wrote the manager a letter to which he has not responded. Paid in full on the front end. Something is really wrong in this store.

On December 26th 2020, I purchased an LG refrigerator for $1,511.35 at (store #0444) 4601 Capital BLVD, Raleigh, NC 27604 location (receipt attached). It was scheduled to be delivered on 12/31/2020. After the gentlemen set it up, I waited the 3 hours they recommended for it to cool, and then went and bought groceries. When I came home I loaded the refrigerator and freezer with freshly bought food (as we had just purchased the house and had none). On 1/2/21 Went into the store (Hillsboro Oregon) to buy a Gladiator Garage cabinet which the web site said they had 6 in stock. Found one on the shelf but could not reach it as it was up high in overstock. Waited over 1/2 an hour with multiple floor calls for someone to help us, NO ONE showed up so we ordered on line. The next day a store associate called to say they could not find it. I told the man exactly where it was and that we waited over 1/2 an hour with no service and that the web site said they had 6 in inventory. H... read more

A little confusion on delivery time sent me from one store to another, both near town. Once at the 2nd, made a new refrigerator selection, fantastic associate made the sale in @5 minutes. On hearing I was without a refrigerator, she got me on a delivery schedule for two days later when I had been told that due to weather and holidays it would have been two weeks. Delivery and install was exactly as scheduled, professional, friendly and even included two alert calls, the morning of and 10 minutes prior. Thank you Lowes!

Paid to have a new door installed. Lowes in South Philadelphia came to measure the door frame, then the Lowes installer never followed up to actually install the door. I've called the store several times. They tell me to call the Lowes installer's personal cell - there's nothing else they can do. Lowes installer never answers. This has been going on since October. I purchased a Frigidaire microwave at Lowes with the Lowes protection plan. I had a very bad experience with the service from Lowes and the microwave company. It took them 3 visits including ordering wrong parts and lost parts, and took 5 weeks to get the microwave repair. No other options from Lowes except to sit tight and wait. With that type of inconvenience for our family, including babies, I would have preferred to just buy a new microwave. The microwave worked for around 4 weeks before it broke again.
