My parents purchased a lawn mower from the Lowe's Home Improvement in Winston-Salem, NC over a year ago. To take advantage of a promotional discount, they opened a Lowe's store credit card, which my father paid off in full nine days later. I bought a one piece shower unit on Nov. 12 and it was suppose to be delivered Nov. 30, but then it got delayed until Dec. 8. Okay, but now my it will be a month without a bathroom that my 89 year old mother uses. Because of Lowe's not being able to handle huge projects and create huge delays, a couple week job has not turned into over a month. Nightmare! Very disappointed in Lowe's Naperville- their $.88 poinsettia special was supposed to last until December 2, but they are already out of them. They did not order a sufficient number to fulfill their stated purpose of making it unnecessary to rush in on Black Friday to get their advertised price, and risk getting covid.

Simply a PERFECT Christmas tree assembly. Could not have been easier to get out of the box, to set up nicely, to move to its place in our living room, and to dispose of the large box in which it came. AND, it look just right in our little cottage by the sea. A 7'. "slim" tree. The assembly was a breeze - only need to pull down the branches, separate the end branches a bit, and plug it in. Really quite easy - REALLY! Just a fine product for the money.

Don't order anything online! After waiting until long after the promised arrival date I was told that I had to wait until the product had failed to ship for at least 10 business days before I could begin the process of asking for a refund. When asked about why they had not delivered the product as promised they said that the 1-4 day delivery date they advertised was an "estimate" so that even if it took weeks or months to arrive they would not be at fault(in other words, just because we promised to get it to you in a reasona... read more

I ordered a range in this Lowe's branch and spoke with Norm who completed the transaction in the appliance department. I specifically asked for. non open box and asked Norm to pick the best unopened box for me. I called a week or so after to change the delivery address and spoke with the manager who made the changes for me. I am very upset with the after sale service. I purchased a washer and a dryer a week ago at the Lowes store in Brunswick, GA., they both were available in the store. The delivery was schedule for today 28NOV20, however, I just received a phone call from Brunswick Lowes. They said that they will not be able to deliver today because the items are not available, and it will take about 10 more days before they become available again. I ordered a fridge, stove, washer and dryer for delivery from Lowe's online. The fridge arrived damaged. The delivery crew did not unload it, just showed me the damage and noted that it was being returned on the delivery invoice. Lowe's is trying to force me to pay for the fridge in full. I have contacted Lowe's online, my local Lowe's store and Lowe's Credit and no one is willing to look at the delivery slip or investigate this further.
