SHORT VERSION Never had issues with Lowe's before until now. This specific store can't seem to get their crap together, so I would not recommend heading in there. Poor customer service and faulty products. Lowe's has done it again. Offically the worst customer service on the planet. I bought a Maytag dishwasher 2 Feb 2019 with a three year warranty. It stopped working 27 Sep 2020, I reported it the next morning. The subcontracted repairman came out, determined the issue to be a dead computer board, ordered the part. It is backordered nationwide with NO ETA. Lowe's gets involved. They have a 14 day fixed or $50 clause in their guarantee. Suddenly there is a 14 day wait on the parts. I think Lowes and their warranties are a joke! The warranty covers what is wrong with my washer but I'm getting nothing but a hassle and very rude customer service from them to get it fixed! This process has been going on for 18 days and still won't be here for another 7 days to try to fix it! They were supposed to come today between 8 and 12 but they didn't show up or call so when I called and they said well we can't be there til next Wednesday! I think its bull and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I ordered a dishwasher online in July with a promised delivery date of August 17. The second week of September I call to see why I don't have a dishwasher. I am told they cancelled my order in August . I was never informed of the cancellation. I got referred to a supervisor. He blamed it on the model I ordered being phased out . Because I am in the vulnerable group to contract Covid-19, I have to order online and do curbside pickups. On Sept. 29, I ordered a foam air filter and oil for my push mower. At the time, filter was not in stock at Raymore Lowe's or South Kansas City Lowe's where I have had very good experiences with ordering online and picking up curbside. (Orders are ready in just a few hours and always brought out within ten minutes of my arrival.) LOWES OWES ME MY MONEY BACK! I ordered a bathroom vanity from Lowes which was set to arrive on September 9. It was for a remodel project with a very tight deadline. Every day I checked the shipping status and it remained consistent for over a week - due to arrive on Sep 9 by end of day. Then on September 9, the shipping status changed to pending.
