Had new windows installed only to find out after that a different "series #" of windows was installed. Less efficient ones were installed than what we paid for. All three screen are damaged also. I have contacted the installer and Lowes Customer Service multiple times over the past two weeks with NO RESPONSE. I will not use them for any future home projects or items needing to be purchased.

Time is money and if you have plenty of time, Lowes is the place. We are now going on three months of custom cabinets orders. The design took three meetings (only on weekend) to get the plans finished at 1 hour a pop. Once the order was placed, another 5 weeks for delivery. Out of 32 pieces, 1 was destroyed and 1 the wrong cabinet. So....it's now going on week two of the reorder and no word from Lowes and the cabinet maker does not have the order. We paid just over 22,000 for a new deck they completed half the deck and have disappeared lowes wont take or return our calls the contract was paid for in full be careful its no longer the shady contractor you need to look out for

Lowe's has the worst customer experience. We paid over $8,000 for flooring and to get it installed that came out did the survey, we got all the material and scheduled the date. The were supposed to do it Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The guy comes at 8:00am Monday and we have had problems from the get guy. We were told before they scheduled the install that everything was good to go. Disgraceful. I honestly don't even know where to begin. Long story short I ordered 5 doors 1 year ago and they still have not been installed by their installer. They have tried ordering them maybe 5 times now. Damaged, wrong door, hinges on wrong side, damaged again. Nearly 10 thousand dollars given to this company 1 YEAR ago and still no resolution. Not one helpful human being at the store in Bethel Park, PA.

I am very disappointed with Lowe's completed indifference for their customers. Intentionally making it difficult for a customer to resolve a problem is annoying. Refusing to take any responsibility for that mistake when it costs the customer time and money is unacceptable. Lowes was a great place to shop but, now they could care less. I purchased a grill for my friend's birthday. I placed no less than five calls to get it delivered. When it was delivered almost a week late, it was inoperable missing several pieces and had several scratches and dents. To top it all off the truck ran over a snowplow stake and messed up his lawn. Lowes has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. We purchased a service repaired (they said it leaked, but was repaired as new) top line LG washer in PA. anticipating buying a home in TN. We purchased 08/21/20. Went to close on house in TN on 08/31/2020. The sale did not close due to major problems with house on final walk-thru. The washer went into a storage unit in TN. Lexington, VA Store Initiated an installation agreement on August 8, 2020 for approximately $5700 for removal and installation of a backyard fence, estimated to begin September 30, 2020 and completion date of October 30, 2020. Was told we had to pay advance, which we did on August 8. A few days before October 30, was told there were delays and was now scheduled for November 30.
