I purchased an Amana Washer two weeks ago. I loved my 19 year old Amana but it died on Thanksgiving. Your in stock was low I wish I had not purchased this washer. I've tried to login to the email you sent me but kept saying a problem on your in. When it spins it walks around and I did call the delivery men that day on that and I was told they come from the factory already stabilized. My issue is not with the Fountain Lowe's employees. Everyone with whom I interacted was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The issue I have is with the installation company for my hot water heater and with "corporate Lowes". I was charged an "unusual access fee" of $197 because the hot water heater needed to be installed in an outdoor closet area that is 2 feet above the ground. Ordered an item needed for contractor to finish work later this week. chose and paid for the expedited 2 day shipping on 12/8/2020. Received an email saying items on the way (without explaining) that they will arrive on 12/14/2020. So Lowe's took the $ for expedited 2 day shipping and send the item via ground transport. Attempting to do a return for in store credit: SCREWED AROUND I have about 7 items which are not outdated a total value of approximately 30 dollars that I wanted to return we have never truly shopped Lowes but they are our neighborhood store in New Lenox Illinois. Our credit card was compromised and I could not produce that card. I went Into the store and paid up front for a dishwasher to be delivered. They came to deliver it and it was damaged, they said they had 43 in stock at other stores and would get a replacement. I waited a week and never heard back so I called and talked to the Appliance manager and she said that they didn't have any in stock. How would you go from 43 to 0 in a matter of days..she said she would call the distribution center and see what could be done, that she would call me back the next day..I waited 3 days to give her plent... read more

Lowe's is not honoring their Rebates, Completed an online Lowe's 10% cabinet rebate on April 3, 2020 and recorded the confirmation number/screen. Refilled out Rebate online on July 7,2020 after Lowe's claimed a system problem that lost all Rebate info (they also switched Rebate 3rd party firm). After waiting 13 more weeks (October 9, 2020), I called and finally spoke with Ajit who told me that I should expect my rebate around November 23, 2020. Now the Rebate phone number is not working ( just get a "No routes found" message... read more

Poor Window installation-took months to even get installed and then received a shoddy **** job at that! No coordination so that we could be there when installer showed up so that we could micromanage his work because he certainly didn't know what he was doing! Now we have to hire a real contractor to get the job done right! We will never contract with Lowes again! A **** show is what it is! Pretty much every window was shoddy! Ordered and purchased kitchen install, cabinets, countertop, sink, and appliances in August 2020. Lowe's is an epic fail. The install was supposed to be complete in October. To start, the measurements provided to the store for kitchen design by contracted party were correct. Store designed and entered the incorrect measurements. What does this mean, it means the wrong size cabinets were ordered. The contractor came to install and couldn't because the cabinets were too big for the kitchen.
