Don't be scammed/lured in by Lowes "rebate" sales tactics!!! I purchased kitchen cabinets while a rebate was in place on March 13, 2020. The rebate form was completed that same day and sent in. The form states that it takes 6 to 8 weeks to receive your money. In August I called to follow up and they LOST everyone's rebate information because they switched call/data centers. I have yet to receive a rebate from two years ago in spite of the fact that I filed for my rebate on the date of the purchase, have a confirmation number, and still have all of my documentation. I have contacted Lowe's numerous times and I have been shuffled from one representative to another, with no one providing real assistance. I will not be using Lowe's installation services ever again. I won't so that others should never use Lowes again for installation services, but if you do, make sure you do your homework and that the CEO has taken action to clean up the mess which Lowes Installation service currently is. Lowe's uses a company that is not a BBB accredited company and has extremely bad reviews for their installations. Beware not to use any of their installation services that involve Handy. They have a clear pattern of contractors not showing up and a ridiculous refund policy.

Ordered bulbs10/8. Given 10/18/20 as arrival date. Delayed. Ten days later called store and was told the order came in but they lost it and recommended I order again. DUH! I'd already lost three weeks of planting time by then and we'd had a freeze. No apology or offer of help or restitution either. BAD customer service!!!

I know that COVID has brought about some inconveniences, but Lowe's can't blame all their problems on the virus. Almost a month ago, we ordered a new range.
