Nothing but issues with a garage door that I purchased and had installed through Lowes. There were scheduling and communication issues for the first installation. Then, less than a year later, the door stopped working and they had to replace/repair. It worked fine for over a year, but now the exact same issue is happening again with the door. When ever you place an order online at Lowe's you get an e-mail saying order is ready then when you get there it takes an hour or more for them to find it then they have to go find a forklift operator that says they have other priorities like putting things up on shelves, so if you don't have time to waste don't order from Lowe's.

Installed fence. Told us it would "sink in" and touch ground, and that gap would disappear. It didn't. Fence has 8 inch-10 inch gap from ground. Told us they would bring sod. Then told us that they don't do sod. We are carrying river rocks from the river to fill in holes in an $8000 fence. Have called customer service at least 6 times over 2 months. Supervisor is nasty and says it is our fault and that fences are supposed to have big wide gaps.

Worst customer service skills by the manager Megan at the north attleboro location . I never been talked to in such a disrespectful way . I actually got so upset I cried . I can not believe they allow this to happen . I do believe that they have to reconsider who is part of management team . She shouldn't be one of them . Lowes at 4012 14th Street W. Bradenton FL has the absolute worst customer service of any retail store I've ever visited. But I think the entire company have no integrity to solve their problems. I placed a flooring order with Lowe's and the only thing they did right was to withdrawal the money off my bank account. I would never recommend anyone to use this location for service on installation. If you need a question answered you can forget it, complete incompetent crew. All they do is pass you off until you literally become sick to your stomach. You run into a brick wall every time. Save yourself the trouble and move on

Long story short: do not order for delivery. I placed a large order for lumber and other supplies on 9/28 and, initially, all items were set for delivery on 10/8. A little over six hours later, one item was rescheduled for 10/20. No biggie. Then, a full week later (on 10/5), three days before our scheduled delivery, the entire order was rescheduled to 10/20, delaying our project by nearly two weeks. But okay, we can make this work. Lowes sold us carpet had installers measure and committed to have the carpet installed by Oct 30 so I could sell my home. They called today th 20th saying it will now be end of november. I committed and paid but they have no integrity to solve their problem. They do not stand behind what they commit to. No integrity **** ******
