Wish 0 stars was an option. I ordered an appliance set to be delivered on a Friday.... a week early, while out of town, the microwave was delivered and sat in front of my house in the rain where it could have been stolen. No signature to deliver a microwave that costs me a few hundred dollars? It's acceptable to leave an appliance on the door step? That is problem number one. Firstly, if I were able to choose ZERO stars, it would have been perfect. On 11/5/20 I placed and order with Lowes on the telphone through corporate office. I paid for the items and recieved an email confirming it. Delivery was set for 11/13/20. I called in the morning of 11/13/20 because I had not recieved a 4 hour window of delivery for that day and was concerned. Spoke with person at thipping department and told me they were getting my order on the truck. That was at 6:05am. We waited all day, no delivery even double chec... read more

I think they need a lot of improvement. I bought a refrigerator and it was suppose to be delivered I got my confirmation and right before it was time to be delivered they called and said there was a glitch in the system so I have to wait for it the next day . I had already made plains to be out of town so I had to change my plains for it to be delivered. If I do not get it in the morning I will get my money back and go some where else

Ordered custom windows from the Lowe's in Russellville, AR in April 2020. I prepaid $20,000. They arrived in July. They substituted smaller windows than what we ordered. We requested a refund of $4,000, they countered with $2,000. We were insulted and the store manager told me they would replace them with the right size and they would pay my travel expenses to be there for the installation; we agreed. The shipping is a joke. My order still states preparing and they say it was shipped. I have tried to cancel but they won't let me. I will not order from Lowe's ever again. Don't order moving boxes if you have a scheduled move. They won't arrive in time. Very disappointed.

Wasted 3 weeks for carpet measure and quote. I picked a carpet for $3.78 sf and that math worked out just fine for the 440 sf to $1600 approx. the padding was $1.15 sf and came to $2900+!!!!! Are you kidding me??? I was so baffled by this I went into the store to try to find out how that worked. I waited for over 20 minutes while they paged, etc. for someone to come to the desk. I was given some BS about the padding is sold in liner feet 1' x 6' and you have to take the $1.15 and multiply it by 6 to get the price on a sf....... read more

DO NOT HAVE LEGACY INSTALLERS INSTALL YOUR CARPET. If you have to, go elsewhere for carpet!! a simple small square pattern they installed crocked so when you crossed the threshold it was off. After getting excuses from the installer that it was because he had to seam it ( which makes no difference in squaring a pattern)I refused to accept it. It was an 11/2 out of square. We have had such a bad experience with Lowe's appliance delivery and installation services as well as toilet delivery and installation this year. Unfortunately we don't have a lot of options here since the hurricane in 2018, but I thought it was getting better. I was wrong. We had issues with both the plumber and the washer/dryer contractors, but Lowe's washes their hands of that saying they are "contractors" and you have to contact them. Sit down, my children and let me tell you the story of the Lowe's installation saga. This is long, you have been warned, but also entertaining. My wife and MiL (mother in law) spent about 6 hours on Saturday shopping for a new fridge and a new stove. Finally settled on the ones they wanted and paid for the items + the removal and installation. I'm not privy to the details but I'm ballparking around $4k.
