Worst installation experience of anything ever in my life. 8 months later and my carpet still looks like a 4 year old did it. Another carpet installation company sent by lowes agreed. Said it was cut and seemed absolutely wrong and lowes still has yet to correct the problem. Customer service rep just told me the problem is lowes would have to spend extra money to correct it!!!!!

Experienced bait and switch at Lowes on Charleston/Sunrise, in Las Vegas,where a ladder was advertised at $129 and scanned for$225 at the register. Person who spoke with us tried to tell us it was a different ladder but the item number on the sign clearly matched the tags on stack of ladders from which we got ours. We can provide photo of this.

I went to Lowe's to return an item I purchased back in September of 2020 (it was epoxy paint). Based on my receipt, the item was 91 days passed the return warranty (I was told the usual warranty on paint is 30 days but it's been extended to 90 days). In the past, Lowe's has honored my return (one time only) because it was only one day out (they offered, I didn't ask) and I was very thankful for that. Lowes claims to support do it yourselfers however their return policy is only for 30 days. If you hand over your credit information they will give you a year but that isnt wise, After completion of a 6 month project I tried to return about $300 worth of left over materials from the over $20K purchased at Lowes. Lowes in Danville refused to take back any of it as it was older than 90 days. Appears it is printed in tiny type on the back of your receipts. Greer Sc and Greenville (woodruff road location) in SC have failed to meet any customer expectations. It started almost 2 months ago a new washer and dryer was delivered in which the dryer wouldn't dry and kept shutting off I called to get this exchanged and they didn't have another set in their store and wouldn't be able to get another for over a month....so I want to pick out another set...seen a couple but none in stock to be delivered so we were referred to the Greenville location.....finally they had a set in stock... u... read more

Rebate scam!!! Been waiting 10 months for $1700 rebate from kitchen cabinets that was promised in 6-8 weeks. Had to submit twice because they supposedly lost the first one. Called and finally got a hold of someone and they said I would get a call in two days to escalate things. Several weeks later no call and no rebate. I will NEVER shop Lowe's again after this is done.

I ordered several appliances in September from Lowes in Scranton and had to wait until the end of October for delivery. The day before the delivery I was called by the store to remind me of the delivery and the delivery items were not correct. I was "transferred" to the appliance department but was hung up on instead. I tried for the next 2 hours to get somebody to answer the phone and finally drove 40 minutes (one way) to the store to get it fixed myself. Terrible service. Ordered 2 gallons of Main Line Cleaner online on Nov. 30th. Of course, they immediately charged my credit card. Said it would be ready that day. I waited until Dec. 1 and tried to cancel the order online. Ended up with some auto bot that was completely useless, although in the end it said the order was ready at the Espanola, NM store.
