We had windows installed 08/2019 - and here I am 12/2020 still chasing them down trying to get them to fix the issues from the original installation. Why do I still have to spend part of my life trying to get this fixed? DO NOT USE LOWES FOR YOUR WINDOWS! Lowes doesn't care about their customers in any way. Door install scheduled for 12/8, installers never show up, Lowes never calls. Been over a week since the install date & Lowes has yet to call me with any updated info. Corporate customer service has been promising me a phone call since Wed 12/10...have yet to hear from them. Went in person to the store (Madison, AL HWY 72) on Tue 12/15, was told "I gonna call you back"...still haven't heard back from them. My issue is with the Lowe's appliances department in Lancaster California not once but twice now. Everyone who I interacted with seemed concerned at first but then in the end nothing was changed or corrected. The third party delivery company is horrible. I have ordered appliances for myself and now my daughter in which both experiences were absolutely horrible. Absolutely pathetic. I have been a loyal Lowe's customer since 2006. Of course I've never appreciated the store employees because most, NOT ALL, are clueless.. but for the first time I actually had an order delivered and this experience has cost them a customer.. several actually.. after I told my family and extended families what happened. We have agreed back in May 2020 to have Lowe's to demolish our old wood deck, replacing it with a new one with updated material. We agreed on the price and signed the contract. The rep warned us that it may take up to three months to get the install going, usually is two months wait he said, but because of Covid it may take a little longer. I have come to Lowe's MULTIPLE ******* TIMES. I was never able to receive my military discount even though sometimes I would have my I.D with me. I am required to fill out the form online and get registered. FINE. So I do that. Ordered a new refrigerator (microwave, and beverage refrigerator, spent over $2k) and paid for the haul away. Fridge was delivered over a week ago and your delivery company didn't take my old fridge. After a week of scheduled pickups, no-shows from the company and absolute refusals from XPO to take the fridge I finally had to dismantle it myself and put it out front. Bought a dishwasher and paid to have the old one removed. I was told the driver would put the dishwasher inside where ever we wanted. The driver dropped it off and didn't make any attempt to contact us. Didn't knock, ring the door bell or call. He then forged my signature and left. He didn't even take the old dishwasher.
