I ordered a kitchen appliance set in September. The microwave and all install accessories for the other appliances were available immediately. The oven was delivered in October with no issue. The fridge and dishwasher were delayed until Jan 4. In January I received an email that the fridge and dishwasher were delayed even further until Feb 26 and I needed to accept the delay or else they would be canceled. I used to love shopping at Lowe's, both in-person and online. Until I got a taste of what kind of customer service they really offer. In August 2020 I ordered driveway sealant online. They were quick to process my credit card payment of $130 and then nothing. Roughly a month later I received an email directing me to contact FedEx to schedule delivery. Horrible customer service. Horrible return policy. Don't shop here unless you are confident that you won't need to return. Bought a bunch of light bulbs to consider for bathroom remodel. Went past their 90 day policy and even with receipt they do not give store credit. Awful customer service. I'll choose **** ***** going forward. Every time.

5 years ago I bought a electric fireplace and its on recall so I contacted Lowe's they set me up with someone to replace the part well the company doesn't work on electric fireplaces so I contacted Lowe's again to set up another appointment and lo and behold they aren't returning my emails. Now I have to pay someone to put the part in cause Lowe's won't help me out.

Subcontractors Desire window installers are very unprofessional and racist and they work for lowe's. I waited almost 90 days for them to come out an insult my intelligence. Very unproffessional incomplete task. Stated there was water damage which was unseen in pictures also unseen in the videos that I sent customer service. The installers are very racist,not just window installers but the people they send out to access the situation. BEWARE! Lowe's uses a company called Handy (for their plumbing fixtures installations) which does plumbing work in TEXAS without a valid Responsible Master Plumber Licensee.They do plumbing work and installations of plumbing fixtures for Lowe's by using sub-contractors. IN TEXAS DO BE AT A JOBSITE ON YOUR OWN A PERSON EITHER HAS TO BE A RESPONSIBLE MASTER PLUMBER OR A LICENSED PLUMBER (NOT AN APPRENTICE REGISTRANT) WORKING UNDER A RESPONSIBLE MASTER PLUMBER. Purchased a Maytag Washing Machine from Lowes-Butler in August 2020, machine failed in December 2020. Technician came out from maytag service rep jiggled some wires and declare the unit fixed. Machine failed the next day. Called local service and they were supposed to order a new board. Service tech never showed-up end of December 2020 (he also lied to his supervisor). Purchased carpet from Lowe's. Service Pros installed. Workers refused to wear masks. In a call I recorded with "Rhianna," the manager, she argued that the workers were wearing masks because they said so. Workers dirtied the new carpet by wearing filthy street sneakers in and out of my garage and driveway, and all over the new carpet. Rhianna said her workers do NOT wear any booties or protective shoe coverings, and to do so was a "special request." I really like the fact that Lowes seems to attract many Do it Yourself people like me. I have met many of them in passing. 90% of the emplowees that I have met are extremely helpful and very curteous.
