Do not waste your time with Lowes Home Improvement. Ordered an item over $1,000, on 2/9/2021 with an estimated delivered date of 2/24/2021. Item didn't even get shipped until 2/26. Here we are on 3/9. Still has not arrived. Called customer service multiple times and only resolution is to continue to wait.

STORE # 2284 I visited the store yesterday, Sunday March 7th, 2021 at approximately 4:15PM to purchase some light fixtures and laminate flooring materials. I decided to purchase the Pergo laminate floor and needed to inquire about the promotional installation that was posted. The representative that was there was of no help. Lowe's must pay for its A+Rating. NEVER shop here. Purchased windows 10/5/2020 and they still are not installed. Wrong product ordered by project "specialist". January install pushed back to March. Wrong product ordered again. Had to demand they pick up product same day so that I could get a refund and was strung along for 2 hours. Customer service in Mooresville is pathetic; had the nerve to try to "save the sale" and actually used that verbiage after I stated several times that I would not be giving them a third chance to ... read more

After purchasing from Lowes in Garner for 25 years, we're DONE. We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator online from Lowes from the Garner store on 11/20/20 for one of our many apartments which we were renovating. The new tenant moved into the apartment in Mid February 2021. She discovered that the brand new refrigerator was not cooling. After 1 hour on the phone with Lowes, we were told that the refrigerator was defective and because it had been 90 days, we had to speak with Frigidaire directly. After another hour on t... read more

PURCHASED A GENERATOR ON LINE, 2-15 CHARGED TO MY MASTER CARD ON 2-16 SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED 2-17. DELIVERED YESTERDAY 3-2. DELIVERY WAS TO BE PUT IN A DRY PLACE, LEFT IN MY DRIVEWAY. SUPPOSED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, CALL BEFORE DEILIVERY. DIDN'T HAPPEN I AM 77, COULD NOT MOVE IT HAD TO GET HELP. I CALLED LOWES SEVERAL TIMES ASKING WHERE MY GENERATOR WAS SOMEONE FROM THE STORE WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME, NEVER HAPPPENED. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM LOWES AGAIN!

Poor wood floor install the floor is OK the install is poor. They come out and fixed a problem but the problem is back and more problems are now present. Longmont Co store

A little over a year ago we had a front and back exterior doors installed. After over a year of complaining they still haven't replaced our front door. The hinges were factory installed crooked. My door is crooked which leaves a gap on the bottom and side of the door. Now the bottom of our door is coming apart due to the moisture that gets in from the bottom and sides. If I could give Sanford, Maine Lowe's a zero star I would! Do not purchase any doors from them and definitely don't have them install it!

Although Lowes did not stand behind the product they sold me, the manufacturer did. Thank you, American Standard, for standing behind your products. I am grateful that you came through with reimbursement to help me pay for the repair of the chip to the Princeton tub I had installed.
