I purchased a Samsung range from Lowe's in N. Dartmouth, MA last August. About 2 months ago the oven stopped working correctly (it will not come up to the proper temperature.) Worst experience EVER. I placed an online order for a $700 pergola on March 4th and paid $63 for basic shipping. It was a 250 pound item. Lowes sent me the wrong tracking number so I called the shipping company and after 2.5 hours on hold, I was told the correct number but that they had lost the item and to contact Lowes to get it refunded. We ordered a 'frigidaire gallery' with an extended warranty and had it installed. There was a terrible smell of gas. We called lowe's who directed us to frigidaire. Frigidaire made us first get a receipt from a plumber showing that our gas lines had been checked first. They made us do this out of safety for their technician. After it was verified it was not our gas line, they came out nearly 7 months later to confirm it was their gas stove that nearly killed all of us. On Lowes web site, it shows a policy for recently purchased item as such: Recently Purchased Items: If an item was originally purchased at a higher price than is currently advertised at Lowe's or at a retail competitor within 30 days after original purchase, the customer may receive the new lower price. Same exclusions apply as per our price match policy. I ordered this mower while it was on sale for $100 off. Less than 48hrs later, the order was canceled and no reason why Lowe's decided not to bring this to my attention! Lowe's web site had this same mower in my cart - but at the full price of $599!! Lowe's Home Improvement contractors caused extensive cleanup damage to our home. We are unable to reach anyone with resolution and have spoken to more than 8 different Managers. Everyone we speak with promises resolution, but we never hear back as promised.

Since then, this order has been reschedule without warning or communication more than 10 times, with zero communication from the store or customer service. This is regarding the store in Willow grove, PA. The worst store I have visited. Bought a bag of fertilizer last week, and when opened it and put in the spreader, it was wet and sticky and totally unusable. I brought to the store for exchange right away, the person who appeared to be a supervisor at the return desk basically called me a liar and said something like 'how do I know it was bought yesterday and from here ...', even I just told them that I charged it on my credit card and they can easily verify. I ordered a grill from Lowe's. It was to be delivered the following Monday. The delivery men arrived but did not have the grill on their truck. I spoke with someone from customer service that said there was an issue getting my grill assembled and delivered to me but assured me this would happen by Wednesday. No one contacted me on Wednesday.
