On April 5th, I ordered a water heater from Lowe's. I have done business with Lowe's for years and have always been treated right. Y'all have installed our merchandise as well on a few occasions, so I chose to do business with y'all again. I also ordered two more items on the 7th. I purchased two set of closet doors from Lowes. In both these instances the quality was terrible. I spent huge amount of time, money and effort in getting this up to my apartment and installing it only to find that the quality of the door as well as its rollers are terrible. The rollers came undone the moment I unpacked it. However, I managed to fix it back and they came undone the next day again. So far in the past couple of days, they have come undone twice. BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!! Horrible experience. Don't ever go to this Lowe's. Our dryer broke down on a Sunday and we went to this location to pick up a new one. We went here because it was close by and they had the dryer we wanted in stock. The associate assured us that they would be able to deliver and install the new unit on Tuesday. We were supposed to get a call the day before. Didn't receive one. My wife calls on Tuesday morning and they tell us it would be next Tuesday. Twice in last 2 weeks there were issues. Placed order online rec'd email that was ready. Went to pickup hadn't even pulled order. Called and lady said that normal people ***'t place orders online. Was rude. Drove 35 miles home and waited for order again. When he picked up order (a lot of lumber), there were 5 guys standing around and not one offered to help him load the lumber. Lowe's Beaufort SC got the$7000 engineered wood flooring installation at my home. I paid it in full before the installation date. Lowe's subcontracted the installation out to Keller Interiors of Charleston, SC. Keller Interiors installers were to show up between 9-11 am and the install was to take 2 days. Keller Interiors never showed up; nor did they return any of my 2 calls I made and left voicemail, as well as sending a text. I called Lowe's and explained my situation. Contract for front porch signed August 2020 to be built. Nothing done till April 2021. Contacting them and getting them to take responsibility not easy. Never again. Horrible hassle.

I purchased new appliances for my kitchen to be delivered by Lowe's. I just purchased a new home and the appliances were older and black. In order to update the kitchen we got new appliances but wanted to sell the old appliances to cover some of the cost of the new appliances. The delivery people that showed up were pretty horrible. Complaining how they needed to hurry because they were hungry. We bought a patio set last week at Lowe's it was supposed to be assembled and delivered on April 18th for a birthday gift. I was assured by the sales rep it would be all set for delivery. I paid cash for it. On Sunday I received a call stating it wasn't assembled therefore no delivery. I just called the store and the soonest it can be delivered is next Sunday! This is totally unacceptable!!! Never again will I buy anything at Lowe's! I'll only give my business now to *********** Lowe's service is the worst!!!!!!

I went in for a couple of things. I found them easily. The store was nice and clean as it always is. When I got to the checkout area, there was one cashier working and all of the self-checkouts were closed. I was only behind one person, so I was fine, but more people came up, and by the time I reached the checkout there were at least 20 people waiting.
