Worst Customer service, lack of communication ....Purchased a refrigerator a week ago and they have my money. I just want my refrigerator, the internet withdrew my money and told me they can not locate my refrigerator nobody called me and said anything...I had to call and inquire about it. Store manager did try to help ... but it doesn't help that this is a big inconvenience...and I already sold my refrigerator. I have young children. I don't mind getting another refrigerator another brand ....but I'm not taking anything les... read more

They cannot get your order right to save their own lives! We ordered a house full of doors and Pella windows for a new build, in October 2020! One window was delivered broken and the front door was busted! The second window was reordered without us being consulted or without any paperwork sent to us, so we assumed that it was correct. Finally, the door and window came in, I think it was February. We had to pay Lowe's to have them install because it took so long to get them in that our framers were long gone. I had Lowe's install carpeting in living room, dining room, up stairs and a hallway 3 years ago. It has buckled terribly. I have a 90 year old mother living here and am scared she will fall over these humps in the carpet. There is not just one I have counted one huge one directly in middle of living room, five in the dining room and one in the hall. I called to ask if they could come out and re-stretch the carpet I was told "no", because I only had 90 days after installation to report and problem. (Are you kidding me) after ... read more

Lowe's used to be reliable. Not anymore. Depleted staff. Most employees are put in departments that they are ill equipped to help customers. Installation is even worse. You get appts & no one shows.

I would give zero or negative stars if I could. This store's customer service was fine, but they were not even told that the order was shipping to them. We bought a fridge for approximately $1,500. After our purchase, and while the charges are pending we got an email saying it was delayed. The email did not say that we had to confirm it again. I also had to agree to drive 45 minutes to the fountain Lowe's to pick it up because, despite advertising delivery they wouldn't deliver, and they wouldn't send it to either Pueblo sto... read more

In 2020 I order a refrigerator for future delivery, understanding that COVID had backed everything up. It was postpone several times, and when I called a couple of weeks ago I found out that it had been discontinued. They didn't call me to tell me. I had to call them. I checked out the suggested alternative model, and it wouldn't work. For a week I have been trying to get SOMEONE to answer the phone so I can instruct them to send me back my money. Over the years we have purchased and ordered many items from this Moline store. Quality of items and Customer Service was always great, even if there were problems getting what we ordered, etc. They were always willing to go out of the way to be pleasant and accommodate us as best as they could. 2 weeks ago we purchased a Weber gas grill to be assembled and delivered.
