Awful on their warranty service. I purchased a gas range and their is only one service man that fixes Whirlpool and he's too busy to come out. Then I purchased a dishwasher from Lowes and now I can see nothing but my inside cabinets but of course I won't see anyone for a few days.

Bought flooring, their sub contractor installed screwed it up, they wouldnt help get it resolved said had to work through sub contractor only, i said well my receipt says lowes My payment went to Lowes, after numerous 10+ calls to subcontractor (Ultimate Home Services) mult emails, mult chats and getting no where I cb to lowes as for Chambersburg PA Manager, wasn't available gave me some other manager Dylan who listen and apologized but said he could not help we had to go through the contractor, this is totally unacceptable ... read more

The parking lot is completely out of control at the Derby Lowes in CT. 2 months ago my brand new car was hit by a shopping cart causing $800 in damage. Lowe's did nothing to help me out. I had to pay out of pocket to have my vehicle repaired. Last week I foolishly went back to Lowe's to purchase paint for my garage and upon coming back out of the store to my car there was a larger amount of damaged done by another shopping cart! I ordered the flooring materials- with delivery confirmation but the driver texted me complaining that he was in Maryland and I'm in Delaware. He has text number in Delaware- 302. So unprofessional. I didn't even get any response about reschedule. Don't do your business at Lowe's!

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, and paid it though the Lowe's credit card I received an email stating it was shipped, but when I tried to track it, it wasn't showing any record of it.. then I called the shipping company and found out, that item was revived fr the warehouse but it was being detained since it Lowe's had not paid for the shipping, which is a document called "bill of waiting" when I calle Lowe's to give that info, they said, the item hasn't been shipped from vendor. I asked for a quote for the whole east side of our house back last August. Since then,. I've spent 9 months waiting on Lowes to come out to replace siding on one whole side of my house. I agreed and signed the quote last August. The quote was "bare bones" listing the estimate and some supplies he needed. I had no idea how much those supplies included. I have been a loyal customer for years. I purchased a freezer and the price dropped. I could not go into my local Lowe's due to having a heart attack and was in the hospital. I called customer service and was on hold for 80 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told Lowe's no longer has the price match guarantee, but the in store managers have done it for me just a week prior. I purchased 20 bags of black mulch today and showed my receipt to the guy in garden center...all he did was point to where the mulch was stacked and never offered to help load my vehicle...costumer service was not as good as it used to be

never buy anything that requires service or installation from Lowe's. Their products are cheap and defective and their service is horrible. We bought a new washing machine- within a month quit working. It has been over 3 weeks & still not repaired or replaced- We even paid for an extended warranty.
