I am so confuse about a service being offered but yet it cant be delivered on. I ordered a several items online from lowes of e. richmond, va store #2691. I had Lowes come out to re-pan my built in gutters in my home. This has been one of the worst experiences with contracting for home repair. I should have realized something was a foul when the company did not initially do all the gutters and only did selective re-pan. Then when I was able to finally to get them back out to finish the job I paid them for, the work was subpar. Attempted to order tile flooring and have them install. Took over a week for them to get someone out to measure. Then we were told the product would be pulled and ready for pickup the following week. Went to the store when it was supposed to be ready. The pull tag indicated product was there, but only about half was on the cart. Spoke to a Lowes rep (Mike in flooring) who said he had no idea why it wasn't there, and he would have to wait until the next day since the person who ordered it wasn't in and didn't leave any notes.... read more

We came in May 3rd and bought a washer and dryer for delivery on May 8th. We get a call on the 7th saying the dryer is available but they had to order the washer but we will get a discount and it will deliver Wednesday the 12th. No follow up call to make an appointment for delivery. I called the store 12 times on Wednesday the 12th before getting a person. Lowe's in ************ has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life (and that's saying a lot). I want to warn potential customers that they deliberately leave out pertinent information just to make a sale. When a 60-year-old woman purchases flooring for her kitchen and bathroom, it would be EXTREMELY RELEVANT to tell that 60-year-old woman that she'll need to move the toilet in the bathroom herself so she doesn't find out just days before the installer is supposed to arrive. Purchased & paid for Kitchen cabinets & appliances in February with a delivery date of 4/1, confirmed by Lowe's email. The date of dElivery has changed 3 times. Lowe's never attempted to communicate these delays, I had to call and wait on hold over 30 minutes with their customer service answering service. If Lowe's explained these delays up front, we could have made a different Manfacture or supplier selection.
