The management personnel at Lowes Pacoima is by far the lousiest of all. I ordered and fully paid kitchen cabinetry through Lowes, with the "false" sense of security such famed company would back-up the product they sell and the services they provide. The order was placed and fully paid on January 13th 2021, the entire cabinetry was suppose to take 6 weeks to 12 weeks for it to be completed and delivered - you know, *the covid excuse*- But the entire cabinetry was ready to be delivered the first week of February; which, asid... read more

Horrible experience with their online ordering/delivery. Received an email less that 24 hours before expected delivery, after 2 hours of phone tag was told they didn't have my items in stock, how does this happen??

First, Everyone should know that I am expecting Lowes to comment: "Lowes welcomes all feedback and we appreciate the opportunity to further assist our customers" almost like they dont even read the comments! Went to **** ***** Saturday to get a water heater installed. They send out a lead that a company (***********) takes. The installation company promptly called me and told me the local office and alleviated my concerns. They did not deliver and got no call back for a few days. If I could leave zero stars, I 100% would. We have remodeled our old farm house and everything used has been from Lowe's because at first, they were easy to work with and great in store service. After a year, our washer quit working to the point where my daughter and I were getting rashes from soap burns. We called to have it serviced since we paid extra for a warranty at the time of purchase. They outsource everything so the first guy that came out, ordered parts that had then been canceled following him leaving our home. W... read more

Bought all new appliances for kitchen, washer and dryer. All appliances in kitchen are different brands because, lowes was out of stock of matching models they promised. Dishwasher still is not in, installer showed up dishwasher was dented and would not fit. Also broke drain under sink still leaking. Very, very poor service and communication, will never ever spend 6k on appliances with the nightmare I have gone through. I will find a mom and pop store next time. Do not purchase kitchen cabinets from Lowes Home Improvement Center. We have been trying to complete a remodel of our kitchen with this company for six months and have still not been able to get our project completed. There are various reasons for this including multiple design errors requiring the reorder of almost all the modules that comprise our kitchen, poor quality control also resulting in the reordering of modules, poor customer service, and terrible installation support. I purchased a GE Dishwasher model************ on 03/07/21 through this Lowe's. It was installed on 03/19/21 and was run 10-12 times over the next few weeks before it stopped working. Lowe's service directed me to GE directly for the warranty service. I have booked five different service appointments with three different service providers. Three of the appointments were no shows by the service providers and in the ones that did show, they needed to order parts. i attempted to return an item that was gifted to me on Tuesday, that I did not have a receipt for, to the Lowes in Scio Township, MI. Lowes policy on their website indicates that they should be able to issue a store credit if the return is done with out a receipt. I made a huge mistake ordering from Lowes. I ordered a washer dryer set and I have never experienced something so awful in my entire life. I have spoken to manager after manager I've tried the 1800 number noone is willing or capable of helping. The dryer took weeks to schedule delivery and then XPO never showed on the 16th. I got a call that they would be here the 17th between 11-3 they didn't show until 3:45pm and then refused to wait ten minutes for me to get back from picking my son up from school.
