Paid $9400. For kitchen cabinets and countertops in February. This has been a horrible experience. 5/28. I still have no workable kitchen. No one calls you back. I have been lied to and my time wasted day after day. They just don't care how they treat customers. Granco their countertop people are unreliable. Set appointments and don't show up.

I'm not even sure where to begin with this one, just make sure you avoid Shideh of Bloomfield CT and Lowe's for any of your cabinet needs. Find someone that knows what they are doing. I'll give a timeline of what happened here. I bought a Ego Lawn mower from Lowes on Okeechobee in West Palm Beach. When I got home and opened it the battery was missing so I went back to the store. I was happy to keep it but told them I needed a battery. Then in the span of 2 minutes the manager Mundo accused me of lying, threatened me with their legal department if I do a charge back and insinuated that I stole. He couldn't care less about helping me. So now I have a brand new $500 lawn mower that is totally useless. Never got a refund, never got a Battery.

Lowes online shipped me a toilet through UPS. Upon opening the package it looked normal from the top. I lifted the tank out of the top of the box only to have a pile of porcelein shards fall and cut me leg open. There was no packaging without the box. Nothing but a porcelein toilet. Pretty clear that the item had been previously been return without packaging and Lowes didn't bother to replace that packaging. I called customer service, which took an hour and a half to connect. Do not get your fence installed by lowes. They could care less about making sure your needs are accommodated. This is NOT free, we pay lots of money and still get treated like we don't matter. Sales agent Ann A****** does not help and is wrost to communicate with and brushes off lightly the issues we have been dealing with.. 2 Toilets, 1 Fridge. May 13, scheduled delivery, confirmed via email and text = no show/no call. I made multiple calls to the Lowe's Store in Columbia, MO. They were rude and unhelpful and provided zero explanation for what was going on. Eventually heard from delivery company, rescheduled for May 15. No show/no call. HORRIBLE!!!!!! The Manager - Ryan (at Indpls Store - Madison/County Line) is a joke...Ordered flooring that was completely messed up by Associate - Julie (who was a very rude on the phone when asking for help). I purchased an 8 piece Patio set at Lowe's and distributed by the Yotrio Corp on 04/10/21. One of the boxes was damaged when it arrived. It was the last box I opened to put swivel chairs together . I found that the hardware to put the 2 chairs together was missing. I figured that it was lost during shipping through the damaged shipping box. I purchased an extended warranty for a washer at Lowe's that they failed to honor. After my washing machine lost its spun cycle. Lowe's informed me that it was not repairable. When I contacted them about the extended warrant, I was told they had a comment that my washer was returned to the store. I explained I have the broken washing machine in my basement and that it had never been returned to the store. I was told they had no proof of that and they failed to honor the extended warranty they sold me
