The Lowe's in ****************** lacks the ability to do their job on a simple delivery of a fridge. My experience at this Lowe's is zero - and as I result I will not shop in a ****'s anywhere. There are plenty of other stores that should provide excellence in product and customer service. The star rating that I gave is too high.

Do NOT patron Lowe's Home Improvement Store either at this location OR online. We ordered almost a thousand dollars worth of merchandise. It NEVER SHOWED. We were given the run around multiple times with nothing but excuses. I was told the merchandise did arrive at the store, but had some mishap during delivery. The employees at the local store rudely told us that it was OUR FAULT for not coming in and buying the merchandise there. After spending thousands of dollars with Lowes, *************** I purchased a new refrigerator. When delivery jerks showed up they refused to do what the salesman assured me they would. When I told them to return the fridge and get off my property one of them started cussing and told me to come out in the street and fight. Reported it to the store and the idiot manager refused to even apologize and did nothing to the delivery drivers. Lowes Forest City NC only hires complete and absolute retards as their managers. I have been this store Hialeah Lowe's 1650 West 37th St Hialeah, FL, this year few times, I'm a PRO Member and also have my Tax Certificated, In the beginning of the year I provided my updated information at the store, with the new annual tax certificated, they make a copy and are suppose to be updated in the system, now every time i go to place an order, they advised i have to go with my certificated, because expired every two weeks, when the Department of Florida Created a document valid for the whole year, they are advisi... read more

Would give the Lowe's on middling rd in Fayetteville a -50 if I could. Worst experiences ever!! Been trying to get my back door replaced for a month. The first guy they hired didn't show up on the day he told me he was coming to measure the door. Then when I called him he said he forgot. The next day he came and did it then I called him that night he said go order the door the next morning. Ordered a chainsaw in March and ever received as fedex damaged it so they sent it back to Lowe's. Called in April to ask and was told I would get a refund in 10-14 days. Now it's may and I had to call back and am now being told takes 28 days to get a refund. If you are living paycheck to paycheck and have a tree fall this is ridiculous. By the time I get it cut up it'll be lord knows when Really Lowe's 28 days?

I would not even give a 1 star. I bought a riding lawn mower over a month ago and still HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! They tried to deliver one a week after my order and it did not work at all. The delivery driver tried to start it but nothing happened and when he lifted the hood he said oh this is the return. There was almost a full tank of gas and debris under there.
