Lowe's not only does not honor the advertised 5-year warranty on its Kobalt lawn mowers, it is also giving me a nasty run around --- with customer service representatives lying outright. Some bits of misinformation from my first phone call to the company: 1) Kobalt is not connected with Lowe's (LIE: Kobalt is Lowe's tool and lawn mower company). 2) Because I didn't buy the lawn mower with a Lowe's card, I'm not eligible for a refund. Buyer Beware Lowe's changed price adjustment policy in Jan 2021 Purchased washer/dryer set 5 days ago, set is now on sale at a considerable savings, over 300 dollars What should be a simple transaction with receipt turns into a frustrating endeavor Local manager states new policy, nothing he can do I state ,but I can return them correct? Advanced Surfaces in Pa installed a countertops in my home. They installed the wrong one, not the one I picked. Lowes is where I bought it. Now no one can get the company on the phone to have this problem fixed. This company does not answer to anyone. I have waited and talked to everyone I can find and no one is of any help.LOWES IS OF NO HELP,THEY HAVE HAD 8 DAYS AND HAVE KNOW ANSWERS FOR ME. BOTH COMPANY'S ARE VERY POORLY RUN. I had a bad experience with a Lowes online order that I had place back in March 2021. I order a lot of items for delivery but two of the items was missing from the truck delivery that arrived. I called customer service and they assure me that they will send it as soon as it is available. Its been two months now and I have been given the run around. Worst expierence ever 4 workers couldnt even help to get me a grill..i had to carry the grill eventually with my 1 year old in my hand and got no help whats so ever..then they made me wait an hour for a. Propane tank and i had to ask 5 times for help and they just kept saying it wasnt there job..so terrible it literally ruined my day by the way they talked to me they were beyond horrible..thanks for contributing to my suicide Lowes

I ordered a washer and dryer from Lowe's and this location was the fulfilling location. We got a 4pm to 8pm window. Around 4pm, we got a text saying the delivery was an hour and 15 minutes away. Around 4:25pm, I got an email saying the washer and dryer had been delivered. Neither was true. I called the Anderson location and an employee told me she would have the driver give me a call. Within a week's time, our household had purchased over $1000+ in appliances ($2000+ in the past year), and the service (in person) was excellent - which made it that much more frustrating when we couldn't get one online order for a simple fan correct. And due to the following service and communication, our family will not be returning to Lowe's. I'd ordered style #50585-26, only to be sent style #50586-26. This is one of the worst organizations there is. Inferior products, non-existent customer service, and management that has no idea what they're doing. It takes then 2 to 3 days to process an in-stack item order for pick-up. ********** has it ready for pick-up ususlly within 24 hours. It's easy to understand why Big Orange doesn't even consider tham a threat anymore. While ********** is finding ways to improve their service everyday, Lowe's is finding new ways to become the worst in the industry.

Company has unfair return policies and is biased with customer service standards. I attempted to return an item without a receipt. They advised me that I could not return the item (still packaged and a stock item) because it was out of a 90 day window. The customer next in line, whom I knew, was able to return an item without a receipt, and the item was purchased outside of the 90 day window as well. The person at the return counter was very rude.
