I'm partially disabled and tried to call the Dover De. store to find mower blades for my John Deere riding mower. Rather than drive there and find they didn't have my needed blades I called there. After several tries I was able to get through to lawn and garden only to have the phone ring almost 12 times then go to busy signal. ****'s Home Improvement in Mt. Pocono, PA has the worst Customer Service EVER. A lil over two weeks ago we ordered a BRAND NEW $1400 refrigerator. They showed up the next day with a not so new refrigerator. The doors both were damaged. Our old refrigerator was on its last leg and wasn't freezing or refrigerating properly so Lowes advised to keep that one until they can get a damage free replacement to us. Terrible place to do business. Ordered a garage door Dec 14 2020. As of May 6th 2021 I still had not received the garage door. I opted for a refund and did get it. I had placed several calls to the store and 4 to the 1-800 number that suppose to be the corporate one. Who knows. I have yet to receive my appliance that I had ordered in December. It was suppose to have arrived end of March. I received a phone call the day before letting me know it is a month late. I then receive another call letting me know it will be delivered on May 5th. The afternoon of May 5th, I receive a call from DSI, the company that Lowe's use to deliver saying the driver was sick. I would not recommend Lowe's for flooring. Lowe's employees were nice to work with and very apologetic about the poor installation provided by their contractors from Premier Services Group. The first installers did such a poor job that all of the LVP had to be removed and new LVP installed. Some of the carpet was installed going in the wrong direction. They refunded part of the purchase price of the carpet and then Premier installed new LVP. Sounds good, right? Nope. The baseboards were so badly damaged by the first installe... read more

PLEASE DONT WASTE PEOPLES TIME WITH YOUR HALF BAKED CURBSIDE PICKUP PROCESS.. Spent an hr only to be told that they can't find my stuff.. Curbside pickup seriously needs to be streamlined. Lowe's practices "Bait and Switch" when it comes to ordering granite countertops. I paid them $4,600.00 in January, 2021 and found out in April, 2021 that the product was unavailable. Typically granite slab is reserved on the purchase date and is held for the fabricator after the cabinets are installed. Lowe's did no follow up with the granite source to verify availability. I bought a dishwasher from Lowe's 6 months ago to find out the warranty is only 1 month. They won't replace the dishwasher, the manufacturer won't replace the dishwasher. We are left with a 6 months old dishwasher that cost $1,200 with no help or flexibility from anyone. Lowe's does not stand by its customers. 1 month warranty on appliances is a complete joke.

Purchased a new washer on April 15, 2021. Delivery date April 17, 2021. Sent prof e-mail to, store manager & sales specialist 4/23/21, requested defective appliance be swapped w/ new non defective appliance. Followed up w/ a kind reminder, received a swap date of 5/4 & delivery time 1-4. Perfect. Day of del, driver demanded I change to early time.
