One star is a very high score for this store. I decided to buy kitchen appliances in October 2020 which took months to arrive, when they finally did the installation coordination was a nightmare and the store kept "misplacing" my appliances (aka, they re-sold them) the day they were supposed to be delivered. Don't be as foolish as I was. Stay away from this store and all Lowes Stores. My mother needed countertops. She liked the quartz she found at Lowes. She needed them quickly. She paid Lowes $3,000. Lowes had this money for weeks before the counters were measured and installed. It took multiple phone calls before the installer contacted us about measurements. First of all I ordered a refrigerator from Lowe's, when I ordered it they dented my floors/door/and fridge so the next day They send a replacement fridge out so I unloaded mine AGAIN and they came to my door and said the one they brought was dented as well. Now they are telling me it will Be July before I get one?!? Yet the delivery guys told me I would have a new one today so they lied. Nobody is willing to do anything for me hardly at all. Will never use Lowe's again.

I contacted Lowe's in Lehi, UT in March 2021 to have my HVAC replaced. They contracted the work through OyBoy. I paid the initial deposit to Lowe's, the work was completed, when I didn't hear back from Lowe's regarding final payment, I contacted them. Lowe's was unable to access the invoice and suggested I call OyBoy. OyBoy was also unable to access the invoice and processed final payment through their system. Worst ever salespeople and customer service!!!!! The kitchen appliances I purchased on May29, 2021 should have had all delivered and installed on June 5th. The salesman said there all in stock, but alas they lied. I received the fridge on July 5th and the stove was ready was ready, but again, cannot install stove until microwave arrives. Now have to go to the and pick out a new microwave because they have no idea when in store. Never again. Customer service would get less than 0.

It has been over a year and the project is still not complete. The plan was not adequately done, yet they sounded convincing that it was. The measurements were not accurate, the contractor is inept and they changed the plan we approved and did not let us know beforehand costing us additional money and time. Ordered a showerhead from Lowes. I received the item damaged. I contacted Lowes and arranged to ship it back (I was not near a Lowes). I shipped it back to Lowes and it was received at the Lowes warehouse on 4/19/21. For some reason it took 25 days to START "the refund process" (5/13/21). It's now 6/7/21 and I STILL have no refund.....38 DAYS LATER! This is NOT what the Lowes website says about the refund process!

If I could rate Lowes a -10, I would. Buyer beware if you order online and something goes wrong. You will not get a Customer Service Rep or a Manager without 1) waiting on the phone for a minimum of 30-40 minutes, perhaps getting into a loop back on their IVR or their phone system simply hanging up on you after attempting to call no less than 14 times and 2) despite well intentioned people at the store itself - 0 resolution even if you invest 10+ hours and 5+ days trying to resolve.

Horrible service- or rather, no service at all. Ordered a washer and dryer and received a delivery date. Received confirmation emails the night before of the delivery window the next day.
