I'd give this place a minus 10 stars if I could. I had a fridge delivered on Wednesday 6/9. I paid to have the old one removed. The guy announced as soon as he got into the house that he wasn't going to take my old fridge away because he had no room in his truck and had been overloaded already with delivery. He told me someone would come pick it up within the next 2 days. We order a glass shower door on May 23 2021 and they keep of pushing the delivery date 4 times it is ridiculous you have to wait that long and if you call the corporate office they don't even and answer your call and when they do they hang up is such a bad customer service I will never go to Lowe's

First of all I'm not the type to write bad reviews, it's not worth my time and energy to ***** and complain. But this experience with Lowe's has just pushed me over the edge. On 06/04/21 I had a Lowe's Certified Installer (Marco's AC & Heating) come to my home and install an HVAC System (AC outside unit and new coil in the attic). During the attic installation one of the men fell through the ceiling. Not completely to the floor but he was hanging from the beams in the attic over our dining room where our 6 YO granddaughter was doing virtual learning with her classmates. ZERO stars! My husband purchased a shopvac, he was electrocuted 3 times while using it. We went to take it back to Lowes in Garden City, NY and they wouldn't take it back because we had forgotten the receipt at home. They let us leave with it! We returned with the receipt and credit card that it was purchased with but they again turned us away with a faulty & dangerous product because it was 4 days outside of the 90 day return window! Just for you to take notice: Yesterday I was at the *********************** Lowe's store. The store was empty and there was no one to be seen. I went to a gentleman (salesman) who was sitting in the kitchen cabinet section. He showed no interest in answering me, in a rude way he ordered the draft from my kitchen and looked at me with total contempt, then he answered the phone and left me standing. If I could give I would give the beginning of this installation experience 0 stars. I purchased a fence, to be installed back in early April of 2021. I was quoted a price by Brandon H*****. At that time I told him exactly how I wanted the fence , type, and width of the pickets, etc. He told me yes, I could pay extra and get 1" pickets, but they would need to be special ordered. I have an refrigerator appliance that wasn't cooling the fridge nor the freezer purchase from Lowe's WITH a extended warranty. They came out to do an inspection on it on 5/27 I haven't heard anything back yet and today is the 9th of June. So I've been without a refrigerator for about 2 weeks now. When purchasing the appliance I was assured if anything happens it'll either get replaced or repaired. Neither one has been done.

Lowe's takes zero responsibility or give a care for items sold in their store. They will not help us. Do not purchase large ticket items from Lowe's. They do not care! Our fridge broke after four months. We waited weeks for service appointment. Waited weeks for parts. Then when they couldn't get parts we waited weeks for a delivery of a new fridge.
