On April 9, 2021, I ordered a $1,400 item from Lowe's that was to be delivered by April 15. On 4/23, I got a tracking number that later said the purchase was shipped from Ohio on 4/23, to Delaware on 4/26 and back to Ohio on 4/28 and then disappeared. The shipping company doesn't recognize the tracking number and Lowe's has no record of the order but they continue to charge my Lowe's credit card $1,400 a month. On June 2nd, I purchased a microwave from Lowes. The expected delivery date was June 5th, between 12 and 4pm. But that did not occur. Then the second expected delivery date was June 8th between 9am and noon. But that also did not occur. The third expected delivery date was June 8th between 1 and 5pm. What an awful experience from top to bottom. I purchased a countertop at Lowes in Portage MI on 3/20/21 and when they came to measure I was told they were a bit backed up so it could take up to 4-5 weeks. It has been almost 3 months! And I still have no countertop, it's not even a complicated build, laminate simple L shape...The call center is worthess and keeps forwarding me to the fabricator who tells me to call the installer who won't return any of my calls. This is for future consumers! I went to the Lowe's store in Hendersonville, TN on 6/13/21 and found a lamp(806923) on clearance which I purchased. I needed another one and my sister wanted two and the young lady helping me told me she could have it put on hold at the Madison, TN store because they had 6. She was suppose to call me and let me know it was on hold and did not. I called the Madison store explained the situation and was told my lamps would be on hold and waiting. This is the most incompetent run business I have ever used. I purchased a kitchen sink and a dishwasher from this location and scheduled and paid for installation on both items. It has been a month now and still no one has showed up for the installation. It has been scheduled 3 different times and each time I wait all day and no one shows up and no one calls. Took 4 months to come back and reinstall flooring that was installed wrong. No backer rod put in on waterproof flooring. Had to constantly call to get them to come back. Installers also stole the product that was not put in. We also had to pick up the product twice when they were supposed to deliver it.

I purchased a chainsaw from lowes online store back in March. The item took 10 days to get to me, it came a day before I went on an 8 day vacation. When we returned about a week later we used the chainsaw for the first time to trim a tree down. The item broke within 5 minutes of using the chainsaw. Later that week my fiance took the chainsaw to the seaford lowes since that was the store most convenient for us. I recently purchased a CAFE series refrigerator from Lowes on 50th Street in West Des Moines, IA. Last Friday, June 4th they delivered the wrong refrigerator. I took eight telephone calls to the store to get the process started to return the refrigerator and get the correct refrigerator delivered. I was hung up by customer service six times. I have 3 requests on line and called the clinton, Md. and Waldorf, MD store twice. I was on hold for 1/2 hour at the Clinton, Store and then the phone disconnected. I have been on hold at the Waldorf, Md store for 20 minutes and am still on hold. I am trying to get a purchase and installation on 6 interior doors. What a terrible nonresponsive position. ****** ******
