We ordered shower walls on May 31, 2021 with delivery June 15, 2021. I called 16th to check on delivery and was told truck had arrived and would call me as most likely on truck. Never received call, today 25th I called to speak with manager and had to call back three times as the phone went dead each time they transferred call. I finally got a person and told them to cancel order and credit my credit card!! Lowes has the poorest customer service and will never go there again!!!

I had purchased windows from Lowe's in the fall of 2020. They informed me at the time of installation that, because the windows were being installed in the winter that there could be some expansion and contraction occurring that could result in some minor leaks. They told me if this happened, to call Lowe's and they would make any repairs needed. In February we noticed small water stains running from the window down the wall. Placed a special order and paid for it totaling nearly $300. Called the store a couple of weeks later. They informed me that they could no longer get the item. So why did they never call me to let me know??? Now my project is delayed.

I ordered a Samsung washer and dryer online on May 15, 2021 to be delivered on June 9, 2021 between 8am-12pm. I received a phone call from the delivery driver at 9:05am on June 9 saying that they were 20 minutes away with my dryer. The washing machine was NOT delivered despite my online order reflecting that as the delivery date. I called Lowe's corporate to see where my washer was at 10:50am on June 9. Lowe's needs to ask "Craftsman" why they don't (craftsman) Give better customer service/satisfaction. I've been dealing with an issue with a riding mower going into the second lawn cutting season. Ordered items in February 2021 received 1/2 of order after 1 delayed delivery date. 2nd half of order was never received after 3 delayed deliveries over 4 months. Changed contractors start date 3 times, received inaccurate communication from their customer service department, unable to reach store by phone directly, had one supervisor and store manager refuse to speak with me, finally spoke with a supervisor at their 1-800 # who cancelled the order and initiated a refund. I am so disappointed and angry with Lowes. Ordered washer/dryer pair on 5/29/2021. I set delivery of BOTH together on 6/12/2021. Waited into the evening past delivery time. Finally, only the washer showed up. Called my local store on 6/12/2021 and spoke with a man in the appliance section who said he would have someone call me on Sunday morning 6/13/2021 at 10am. I have had 2 outside doors, including storm doors installed by Lowe's in Lenoir, the installer they sent was a private business and did impeccable work, however my thrid door and storm door was a disaster. They contracted Foot Hills Pro for the work and that was a huge mistake. Foot Hills sub-contracted 2 individuals to come do the work and it was horrible, used the wrong wood, installed all the wrong kind of trim, it looked like garbage and did not match any of the rest of our windows or doors.
