Beware of purchasing lawn equipment from Lowe's I purchased a Craftsman weed eater this spring used it maybe 4 times and the cord broke. Lowe's sent me on a goose chase and finally to Craftsman only to find out that they will not warranty the cord, called Lowe's again and the manager says there is nothing we can do. It's not about the money it's the principal, I'm done with Lowe's moving my business to **** *****

We bought a Samsung French Door refrigerator at Lowe's in New Haven, Conn., on May 22, 2020. In May of 2021, while it was still under the one-year warranty, we noticed a humming noise that got louder and louder. Soon, we also noticed that food in the fridge felt a little warmer than usual, and some things were spoiling. I placed a thermometer in the fridge, and it was giving me readings in the 50s. Mesa, Arizona: Avoid their services like the plague. We purchased a tile installation service from Lowes 2 weeks ago as of this date. They missed several delivery dates. They first told us that, "we lost your order" to "it's stacked in our warehouse, but we haven't found the pallets yet", to "it'll be delivered Monday" (6/21/21). They were awful to work with, constant excuses, zero communication until we pinned them down in the store. Poor customer service told can't return an item purchased in February, Everyone use the Pandemic as an Excuse of returning an item never open/or used. a remodel guest bathroom purchased entire bathroom materials from Lowe's. This has taken some time because of labor/contractors whom were completing the room. I am no longer interested in getting a resolution because they aren't concerned. Well, I will not be purchasing cabinets from Lowe's most of all see terrible reviews about poor workmanship on their installation.

I had a kitchen install 8/2020. And have been working continuously with Lowe's since then for resolution to poor quality cabinets and poor installation issues. I have had two poor quality replacement shipments that had to be returned. I had a relationship with their customer relations staff I received assurances would get my issues resolved ... indicating should certainly be before one year anniversary of start of job. Worst customer service, Worst delivery experience and management doesn't address customers. Brought not one but two stoves both damaged and the management wouldn't even address it. Tried calling keep passing the phone around to different departments, yet management never came to the phone . Would not recommend this store to anyone. And this was my 1st time in a Lowes store. Wish I could leave negative stars🤬🤬🤬

Ordered a refrigerator and microwave online that was suppose to be delivered June 5th. Then it was delayed because the microwave company was having trouble getting parts but said lowes in elizabethtown had my refrigerator so I called to have refrigerator delivered separately. Refrigerator was suppose to get delivered by June 19th but got a call saying it was now on back order and that I needed to cancel my order. So I now had to cancel my whole order.

We ordered and paid for Pella custom size sliding doors LAST AUGUST. Yes, in August of 2020 and we are still waiting for them to get them installed. I can't get a human on the phone at the store. I am done with Lowe's. They could care less about their customers. I have written to their Customer Service as well as called their toll free number. Latest call was to my lawyer. They need a major customer service overhaul. ****

Worst customer service ever bought and paid for a patio set back in March from Lowes found out that the chairs are a special order its now June and I still havent received my purchase.
