Bought a Whirlpool refrigerator and it is leaking water even after turning water off. So far, can't get anyone to answer the phone to schedule service. Over one hour of trying. Unacceptable. Still cannot get through to schedule service.

After a bad experience with Sherwin Williams on March 20, 2021 I went to Lowe's to purchase the paint I needed. Not only were they compassionate and caring about my disability preventing me from wearing a mask they were able to match the paint I needed and in a different brand as I will no longer punches anything that is associated with Sherwin Williams. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE STORE AT 17460 NW 57 AVE, HIALEAH, FL 33015 THIS STORE IS THE WORST LOWE'S STORE. Ordered a shed online, this store fulfilled the order by sending me the wrong one. I have had to call customer service 6 times and the store 6 times. Customer service is ABSOLUTELY useless. They just tell you the store will call you within 24 hours. This store's customer service asked me to bring it in. Purchased 4 appliances, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave and Oven for our Pocono House. Fast forward to March 2021 after 30+ calls to Lowes Mount Pocono locations, Lowes corporate offices and their social networks we have our last appliance. The lies, lack of customer service, communication and pure professionalism is astounding. Lowes listing items as "in stock" that they do not have in stock nor do they know when they will, if ever, get in stock. They will routinely charge your card so that you have thousands of dollars in pending transactions at all times--for months. This has negatively impacted my credit score for "high credit usage" even though I keep my cards at $0 balance. These rats are stilling listing the wall oven I ordered and was supposed to receive Dec 10 of last year and they still cannot tell me where it is. This is the second time!!... read more
