I have purchased a protection plan from Lowe's and within the plan they will reimburse you 50% on maintenance items purchased. I have been trying to get reimbursement for 2 months. I have submitted all of the requested documentation via email and via fax. Through my emails with them they have stopped replying and I never heard back on my fax. When I contact customer service they say that they cannot help me.

Went in to purchase a thermostat and it rang up differently then the app sale price. The app said i could walk in find the item for the sale price. The customer service lady was adamant the online price and in store price can differ...how can this be when its lowes policy to price match online competitors but they cant match they're own website??? The installer for my new Lowe's refrigerator showed up on time but said he couldn't remove my old refrigerator unless he could keep it. I thought this strange and wonder if that is Lowes policy. I told them about it later but they said nothing. I had promised my old refrigerator to a family in need. Hands down the absolute worst customer service I've ever had. I ordered a range that was falsely advertised by Lowes. It doesn't work with the cookware I have. When I brought the issue up they have done absolutely nothing about it . The assistant manager Leighton D*** has instructed coustomer service not to take my calls.

Absolutely horrible customer service at this Gaithersburg store #0223. Are there 1/2 star ratings? This is poorest of poor in my opinion. I thought **** ***** was bad. In the time it took to call to see if a particular item was in stock, so I didn't waste my time traveling for nothing which has happened many times, I wasted a total of 45 minutes dealing with idiots. I purchased carpet from Lowe's and had it installed. They installed wrong carpet! I had numerous conversations and emails with them and was told that I was receiving the same carpet i had installed years ago. It was not! They said they would only replace the carpet if I paid for it to be Installed! Will never buy anything from Lowe's again!

I went to Lowe's store in Fairview Heights IL on Friday February 5th. I was shopping for. Storm door and there wasn't anyone that would wait on me. It was about 7pm. I finally found another associate in another department, but he said the guy that handles that department wasn't there till tomorrow morning. Back in mid 2020 I contracted with Lowes to replace my Shingles and put new ones on. Pre Paid them the full amount of over $6,000. Right from the start things went wrong. Appointments made, no one showed, contractors changed, more delays. Finally some "Fly By Night" outfit showed up and replaced the Shingles. Upon inspecting the roof for my homeowners insurance I notice the flashing around ALL the stand pipes and chimneys had not been sealed and tack down.
