Lowe's did not honor Rebate for purchase made during Covid. Purchased SEVERAL items during a Rehab project on a Home Purchased beginning of 2020. April 2020, purchased a more expensive item included a 10% Rebate. Every week since purchase I went to website as instructed to process Rebate- each time I went site was down due to Covid. I am so disappointed with the service I have received from Lowe's Service Advantage. I filed a claim to have my washer and dryer repaired on 08/03/2020 and they left me over 5 weeks without a washer and dryer and still refused to do anything except parts look up which led no where until I called multiple times complaining and then finally on 09/22/2020 was told that the part for my washer came in on 09/08/2020, was installed on 09/16/2020, and my washer was in working order. When Lowe's messes up with an online purchase, it is the customer that pays for it.... 8 contacts to Lowe's customer service (with them initiating nothing) and 7 weeks later and I still never received what I paid for and have to wait another 10 business days before I could even see a refund. **8/6/2020 I ordered two 2 pack sets of serta pillows off Lowe's website **8/10/2020 Email of shipment notice is received with guaranteed delivery by 8/13/2020 **8/13/2020 item is not received, so I check the order on my Lowe's account a... read more

I purchased a shower stall kit from this store, waited from July 24 until September 17th to get it. Not knowing that I wouldn't receive a complete shower, that I would have to purchase the wall separately. Now I have to purchase a wall or wait only who knows how long to get a wall, this is unacceptable in so many ways. This company should be ashamed

I went to Lowe's store #0660 and bought a Frigidaire stove. September 12 the stove came damaged. Delivery people called a Manager and I was offered %15 off. I agreed since the dents wouldn't show. When delivery people left, I really looked at back of stove and found screws sticking out, styrofoam still on either side. I tried to call a Manager. Trying to reach a Manager was a feat. Rebates are a joke at Lowe's. In December 2019 I purchased a washer - dryer set and was given The offer code. I submitted everything and was denied. Called and was told to resubmit due to purchase/delivery date conflicting. I did and again denied. I followed the appeals directions and mailed everything only to hear nothing. More calls to be told new company handling rebates and old info was lost. Submitted again and again denied because too much time had passed. So I feel obligated to write a review for Sioux Falls Lowes and ********************* out of Brooking's SD! We contacted with Lowe's in April to build a deck... it took a couple of months to get the wood which was understandable due to the pandemic. Our wood finally arrived the last week in June with the understanding the contractor Lowe's uses- Brandon H******* of H******* construction would arrive the following Monday. Can we say.... UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! I recently purchased a handheld vacuum and when I got home and opened the box, which was poorly taped up (didn't noticed until I actually went to open it), there was no vacuum! Only a half full Dr Pepper bottle and a roll of lent roll paper! I immediately took it back for a refund and guess what!!!! I was made to be a liar and the culprit! I started the process of having a fence installed over 2 months ago. Lowe's has been terrible. There was a lumber shortage. Fine. I figured once the lumber got delivered, it wouldn't be long before my fence got installed. WRONG!!! This store has been terrible. The company that they contracted kept put me off for two weeks. When I finally called after the 3rd week, I was told they told Lowe's they couldn't even do the install.
