I only gave them 1 star because there isn't an option of no stars!! I purchased a new Whirlpool dryer in Jan 2020 shortly thereafter the dryer started not drying all the way but I didn;t notice it immediately. Then the dryer started falling apart...black stains appeared on clothes, clothes torn, piece of felt with velcro like item came off drum. ( I didn't know where the felt/velcro piece came from at the time or what was causing the stains I assumed my son had left a pen in his pocket or whatever. When I did begin to realiz... read more

Purchase Pella windows in 2016 with a lifetime warranty. Installation was by Lowe's with a one-year warranty on installation. After about three years I noticed the windowsills buckling from water lakes. I called Pella and they sent a representative who inspected the windows and said they were installed incorrectly. I contacted Lowe's for a remedy on the leaking. I got a run around with no help. They stuck to the one-year warranty regardless of the fact they installed them incorrectly.

I would give them a zero stars if that were possible. I placed and online order for a washer & dryer to be delivered, the next day the local Riverview Lowes rep called me with details to p/u my washer. I explained I wanted both delivered one was at a different store, she checked and that store had the washer in stock & it could be delivered together the next day a scheduled, after speaking to several employees at both locations, I called the number to get the delivery window only to find that my order was cancelled and only ... read more

Unless you are buying individual items and self cashing out I cannot recommend Lowes. I made the mistake of purchasing cabinets from them because they had the finish I wanted, however, in the past I wrote them off before. I ordered $65,000.00 in cabinets. It sounded so elurring with the discounts, but it is all just a pure game. The designers are inadequate. They are responsible for too much and they are not versed in their layouts so there are extensive problems that arise when the installers come to put them in. This lends... read more

Lowe's is using Covid to not honor rebates sent in. They conveniently lost rebates sent in. Our order has been a headache since we ordered back in November 2019! Didn't find out until day before expected delivery that all our appliances, except vacuum, was on backorder till February. Called rebate center since we couldn't send in our rebate until we had the receipt from delivery. They told us it was no problem and to send it to a different address since it was a special case. This review is regarding Lowes in general and not one specific location. On June 26, 2020 at 3:15pm EST, I was approved for military discount via the lowes website and mylowes account. I had to upload various forms to include dd214 and other documentation. These items were transmitted to a company called Sheerid, who does all the verifications for Lowes. Horrible experience with Lowes. I ordered an LG Fridge from @Lowes in June and its now mid-August and they have yet to deliver. Fridge was originally scheduled for delivery July 1st and it was never delivered. No one called or email me of the delay. 6 weeks went by and after calling countless times to the customer service line, I was able to get in touch with an agent who informed me that the item had been delivered to the local La Plata MD store for over 2 weeks and is just sitting there. On Thursday, August 13, 2020, I submitted an order to pick up on the curbside pickup. Upon arriving at the store, I attempted to notify the store that I was waiting in stall number four.
