I've had the worst customer service experience of my life the past 2 weeks. I have been attempting to have a card replaced that had $482.70 balance on it. I have been patient, I have been understanding, and I have been very polite to everyone I have spoken to. The company acts as though the do not want my business. First, it took them over 3 hours to fix the problems with opening my credit card. They had so many issues. Recently, I went into lowes to buy lawn equipment. They declined my card. When I called, I was told that although I paid the card in full and on time, my account was placed on a 10 day hold. Terrible customer service. I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes less than 3 years ago and bought Lowe's extended warranty. Refrigerator went out on Sunday. Called Lowes service on Mon. Waited 44 minutes before I was able to file a claim for service. I was given appointment for Fri. the 7 between 8-5. I waited all day. At 3, called Lowes Service to verify appointment. Customer Service at Lowes in Moline, Illinois is non-existant. They owe refund for prepaid labor for installation services. Refund has been due and owing for several months. Have called store and gone into store to speak with Robin or Johnathan, but continue To get same canned response that its a paperwork issue that they are trying to resolve. My opinion of Lowes has changed based on this experience and I would not recommend Lowes to anyone for any reason.

NEVER again will I purchase any materials from Lowes. ***'T BUY KOBALT PRODUCTS AT LOWES. Just an FYI, I bought some yard tools and cordless tools made by Kobalt that "supposedly" came with a lifetime warranty Two of my tools, their chargers and batteries quit working after less than a year. I recently purchased 15 Levolor blinds, from Lewis in Maple Grove. The blinds has been sitting on my floor for over a month waiting to be asked install. The install manager Chloe, or whatever her name is. Has the personality of a junkyard dog, when dealing with customers that spend their hard-earned money. I was told there only had one installer, and that he's out sick. The only thing they could say to me was you could bring the blinds back. To say I am disappointed with the service I received would be an understatement

I think on paper, they have all systems in place to provide service to customers. Unfortunately, the service executed is far from par. I purchased hardwood flooring from them 3 times....first 2 no problem, 3rd time was a nightmare. I ordered inline for delivery and the order was confirmed 2 days later.
