There in store and online inventory is a nightmare. Don't waste your time ordering any appliances from here. You will just waste your time and it will cost you. Example after spending three days back and fourth at Lowe's trying to help them figure out there inventory for new appliances I finally ordered a set and was waiting for delivery. I ordered a refrigerator, # XXXXXX on their website, which the main description says "Refrigerator with optional Ice Maker ***-White". I thought this was a ****'s special that included the ice maker for the normal price. After getting it home and putting it in my kitchen I discover that there is no ice maker. I called customer care to see how to get the ice maker and after being on hold for 45 minutes was informed that it was an option and I had to pay for it. Bought a stove in early July. Was to be delivered August 13th from 8am-8pm. Got a call today saying they overbooked the truck and my delivery had changed to 2 more weeks. I cancelled my order.

Having been a customer for years, Lowe's Customer Service has gone downhill in the past 6 mp this. On hold with the 1-800 Customer Service line for over an hour every time I call and they cannot answer my Rebate Questions, the Rebate Center was outsourced and Lowe's customers are suffering the pain of that transition - Rebate Center website under construction for 4 months now, the Phone number dead-ends, I finally was told to resubmit my claim (thank God after 4 months I still had my receipt), emails to Corporate and their c... read more

Lowes has a serious delivery problem. If you go to their cust***r reviews you will read review after review just like mine detailing how they continually reschedule your delivery after confirming it and don't even bother to tell you it's been cancelled. They charge your bank account and then refund the money over and over again for s*** unknown reason. Worst of all is that if you try to call the store to figure out what's going on, they won't answer the phones, so it just rings and rings and then loops back to the menu. You'... read more

Lowes online charged me for expedited shippint (2 day) @ $8.99. When I didn't receive my item, tracked it and it was a week away. I called customer service and expalined, they put me on hold, the line was disconnected and then they simply removed the $8.99 shipping cost, which I was alerted to through an email. I wasn't happy with being disconnected and not receiving a call back, and still needed these parts I ordered faster than a week. I had a horrible experience here with my delivery. They scheduled delivery and did not show up 4 times. There has been no customer service follow up. I've contacted the store and cooperate about this numerous times. They Continue to ignore me. Almost every employee i have spoken to is totally incompetent. 0 stars.

Went to Lowe's Vernon Hills, IL yesterday. It was the worst customer service I have received from multiple Customer Service Associates I inquired from one guy named David said he is too busy. One gal named Gina said I do not know, this is not my area. Two others said we are moving things around so they are everywhere, you will need a GPS to find it, maybe in aisle 30.
