I placed an online order on May 21 to be delivered by Truck. This option costs $75 and was the only option available for the items I purchased. I received notice that the items would be delivered on June 4. It was only at the end of the day that I was contacted to be informed they could not make it to my house and that the items would be delivered the next day. Lowe's has worst delivery and customer services Extremely disappointed and upset with Lowe's delivery service. Our order was placed on 7/02, schedule to deliver on 7/08 between 8am-8pm. On 7/08, we wasted almost all day waiting, one employee called us around 2pm and said not have enough stone, more will come that weekend and will deliver on Monday 7/13. As many others have said ( LOWES.COM service have lost their integrity. Lowes.com has been on steady decline for years now. After 6 months COVID-19, they still try to blame their ongoing poor service on COVID-19 . Unacceptable. I went to the Altoona, PA Lowes Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend to claim my order. It appears that some store employee returned the entire order to stock, even though I had just that afternoon received the "Your Order Is Ready" email!. I spent 28 minutes waiting & watching, while employees blatantly ignored the ever ringing phone (except for 1 employee who always answered the line, rolling his eyes at all the others). I ordered a refrigerator back on may 6th, it was on backorder until JUne 24, they tried to deliver. it came in damaged. they reordered by refrigerator , on June 25th, and its on backorder until August 11 th. and charged my Credit card for the refrigerator that I do not have. and then I go to cancel the refrigerator and they send me a gift card for the amount I paid for the refrigerator. Placed order from ****'s online for set of saw horses empty box received. **** into ****'s at XXX-XXX-6937 sat on for 46 minutes. I was hung up on either by system or operator. No one called back to try to resolve the issue! I am going to say this I am done with ****'s they are turning into JC Penney because of ****** *******. The quality of the customer service and employee moral appears to be at a low. He ran JC Penney into Bankruptcy and left. I am out $40.00 each so $80 for two items. Ordered a refrigerator on 6/25/2020. The reason for my choice of make and model was based ultimately what they had in stock. This was verified when I placed the order in store with their appliance representative. They said delivery was backed up and couldn't be delivered until the 3rd week in July. We chose July 24th. Today on July 23rd, 2020 I got a voicemail saying they couldn't deliver it tomorrow because it wasn't in stock. I would give them zero stars if I could. Bought an item online and got a series of emails (every week for 4 weeks) saying "Your Merchandise Has Been Delayed" If you wish to wait for the merchandise, you must contact us to accept the delay. If we do not hear from you by your new expected shipping date and we have not yet shipped the merchandise, your order will be canceled automatically and your money will be promptly refunded in full. Poor Delivery/Sales in Appliance Dept. We went to the Ormond Beach, FL location because the refrigerator my mother wanted noted online that they had 2 in stock. Of course, you do not believe online info, so we drove there to check, traveling 2 towns away. Sales rep #**************** physically went into their stock area and checked that there was one back there, so we ordered it for delivery a week later.
