Ordered a washing machine online and saw it would take 1 month to deliver and haul away the old one. Called customer service and was left on hold for 40 minutes, then called back and got a condescending reply ending with their abrupt hang up. We are a loving family needing a basic washing machine and are not at all sure why we were treated with such disrespect. Bought a mower that they had FOUR of outside, and said I needed it asap as my other mower was down and the grass was growing fast. They said next day it would be there. Then they called and said sorry, it wasn't in the warehouse and it would be delivered by weeks end. Then they called me and said it was backordered and would be delivered the NEXT week. Lowe's is the worst hardware store I've ever dealt with. This is my first online order with Lowe's- from their website. Order has been received and paid for 2 days ago for delivery that their website stated would be the next day from 9am to 9pm, which was yesterday. No delivery made, and we're home all day to receive it, but it never arrived. I purchased 2 cans of Valspar paint with the advertisement of a rebate. I filled my rebate out online and even have my confirmation code. Now on July 2 after waiting an hour on the phone they say they have lost all of their data and can't figure out a way of restoring it even with our information. Fraudulent advertising.

Horrible. We've been waiting since April for the rest of our order - a refrigerator. It finally came in and now they aren't accepting any Synchrony Bank credit cards to pay for the rest of the order, even though half of the order was paid using this card. Customer service at mysynchrony and at lowe's could not tell me why they were no longer accepting this form of payment. I placed an order on 6/12/2020...for 4 sets of replacement shutters to be delivered to the store...I got a confirmation for July 2 to be in-store for pick up....I have been trying for 3 days to find out if they will be delivered on time tomorrow. I ordered a product online, I had an email stating it was delivered. It hasn't been delivered. I have been calling to get some resolution and keep being put in a circle of calls with no solutions. I call customer service, they leave a message with the store manager who never calls back so I call customer service and the pattern repeats itself. Do not order from them
