I ordered a clothes dryer online from Lowes on May 24. I received a transaction confirmation email indicating it would be delivered between 9am and 9pm on June 7. That date passed with no notifications or delivery. The online order status check had random results when initiated. It indicated either the order was being processed with no delivery scheduled, a June 7 delivery, or a June 12 delivery. Lowe's store in ******************* is not in compliance with the Governor's order to wear face masks to stop the spread of the Corona virus. I will not go back to this store. They are putting other customers and their Employees at risk!

My wife and I purchased a clearance refrigerator from the Lowes store on ******** highway in *******************. The clerk said it would be delivered on May 16th. On the 15th, I received a call confirming the delivery. On the morning of the 16th, I received another call from the delivery people indicating they would arrive late afternoon between 3:30 an d 4:30 PM. No one came. Ordered fence pickets on Lowes ************** through the store. We checked that there are enough pickets, i paid it using lowes card. After 3 days when i am about to pick it up.. they dont have the exact number of fence picket anymore... This is very frustrating! Emotionally stressful when workers are already paid to do their job! I hate your business model! If only i can sue you guys for this.. i would have done it. to give youu lessons.

I returned a door that I purchased 2 months ago and paid by debit card and once returned I was asked if I wanted the money back as cash or back on my card. I stated cash signed a receipt for the return and once the till was opened the cashier said that she needed to wait for a manager to come to give her enough funds for my return. Literally the WORST customer service I've ever experienced! After dealing with them for a month over the same issues, I am still out over $1,000, have a defective ice maker and have spent over 3 hours on the phone "holding" for someone. Was hung up on when I asked for a rude employees name and was totally ignored. Had 3 service deliveries/service calls that was told would be there at a certain time and came hours after- after I had to call to find out what the deal was. Unacceptable! Will NEVER shop there again!

My service experience from Lowes: 1) Ordered two lounge chairs on sale for curbside pick up May 24. 2) Waited 2 weeks with no response from endless phone calls and no email notifications. 3) DM'd their twitter account with my order info and they basically just said they are backed up, apologized and suggested I go in store to pick up my chairs. 4) June 11 I respond to them on Twitter and say that their website says there are 0 chairs in stock which is why I haven't gone to the store to pick them up and also because I'm tryin... read more

We waited over 2 weeks to have a dishwasher installed. The first dishwasher they sent was broken. Communication was horrible. I can't imagine ever buying an appliance at Lowe's again.

I would like to share a story about my most recent dealings with **************** Lowe's. Amazingly enough, after purchasing cellular shades for 15 windows in my house in July 2019, they have managed to install today, for the second time, the wrong shades. This after they: sent their measuring person to the wrong address, ordered the wrong shades, had to re-order, then lost part of the order in the store necessitating several weeks wait thus delaying possible installation until after the "Stay at home" was lifted, and finall... read more
