I tried returning a dishwasher today and they couldn't find it, then told me it was past the date of return after a deep dive of when it was purchased. I was harassed and treated like a criminal while my legally disabled mother was forced to stand still on a concrete floor in front of an incompetent employee for 45 minutes. I had a worst experience of my life with Rona first they never send my order and after cancelation still waiting for my refund and no respond from customer service and nobody Recive phonecals or respond to emails.
I purchased A+R 3-LT Black Iron Globe Light on 5.6.20 at Lowes #514 in Burleson, TX for pickup when it arrived. Invoice # 78138. I was told that I would receive a call upon the product arrival. We placed an order online on May 1 for raised garden boxes, as we're looking forward to a vegetable garden this year. The original ship dates were listed in two shipments: May 6 and May 9. Dissatisfied w/service during pandemic. Rebate# refers customer to customer care#. Hold time is averaged @ 45min. Each time I've called I was on hold over an hour. My issue was reported prior to pandemic & rebate ctr failed to follow thru. My last call to customer service was 5/29. I searched online for corporate contact, all #s are customer care! I ordered a kitchen set may 13th to be picked up at store and at that time was to be delivered to store the following week. Well it's now the end of May and when I check status on line it shows a green line like half way to store. I went in to the Moberly, MO location to explore buying all new appliances. I had narrowed down everything to Samsung. Once there I chatted with the salesman who was very helpful and knowledgeable, I changed my mind to the LG appliances. I ended up buying a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave.
