We had a CRAFTSMAN T100 11.5-HP Manual/Gear 36-in Riding Lawn Mower with Mulching Capability (Included) delivered, which is a $1450 item. There was no Owner's Manual or Side Chute or hardware for securing the battery cables. I took delivery, tipped the driver and my husband arrived within 5 minutes and called him immediately as he would have still been in the area. My wife and I made a $3,441 online purchase on 5/24/2020 on lowes.com for a washer and dryer, refrigerator, assembled grill, and grill cover. On 5/25/2020 we received an email saying that our delivery date was scheduled for 6/8/2020, over two weeks away. We noticed that the assigned store to deliver our items was the Lowes in Sanford, NC. There needs to be a zero star selection. Awful Customer Service! I ordered some lumber on May 28th that had to be delivered. Before I placed the order I did an online chat on their website and made sure the lumber could be delivered in a timely manner. The "person" I was chatting with told me the delivery would be within 24-48 hours. I then placed the order only to get a delivery date of June 9th. I ordered online from Anniston, Al store. This store (Anniston) said my order was contracted to the Oxford, Al store. I had a microwave install. When the contractor went to pick it up, day of installation, we both found out it was at the Leeds, Al store. My installation gets rescheduled for another day, today between 1pm to 4pm. This was fine, until the contractor did not show up or call me. I called them several times and left a message, no answer. Lowe's @ 5100 13th Ave Fargo, ND is HORRIBLE. They don't deserve even the one star rating. We had a sliding glass patio door installed FIVE years ago. Within months, the door was leaking and my floor was wet. We called the store and they sent the installer out. He caulked up some holes and said, 'That should do it'. NOPE. A few months later, the floor was wet again. And again. And again. We have been dealing with this non stop and there hasn't been a resolution. I am currently having an issue with store #0686. I feel as though my account was compromised. I completed this order on 5/11 at 9:37. My total purchase was $953.71. I organized to have my 3 toilets picked up at a later time. I informed the young lady that I would not be the one to pick them up. She informed me that the contractor just needed the invoice number and my phone number. Horrible experience. Did not receieve 2 pieces of lumber. 12 ft 2x4s pressure treated on curbside pickup. Staff hit me in head with lumber while loading truck, and when i had contacted the store about my missing lumber and refund. I was told it would happen as we spoke. 2 weeks plus later and 2 open complaints later. They open a new case when i inquired into my case,i have yet to receieve my simple refund of 25 dollars and now no repsonse from lowes support

Horrible customer service. Managers do not follow up as promised. Phone operators frequently hang up when ask for manager. Product protect plan is worthless, not honored.

I bought an electric oil heater from Lowe's made by Delonghi specifically because the packaging clearly said 'Silent operation'. As this was going to be used in our bedroom this was the #1 thing I was looking for. When the weather got cold, one month after the 3 month warranty with Lowe's expired, I plugged it in to discover the thermostat on it clicks loudly as it cycles. Loud enough to keep me awake. When I brought it back to Lowe's I was told it was over 3 months so I have to deal with the manufacturer, Delonghi. Delonghi... read more
