I've been trying for 2 weeks to get an answer from my local Lowes store on the status of an online order, to no avail. We ordered on April 26th, got an email it would be delivered May 12th between 8am and 8pm so we sat there all day long, contacted the fulfilling store on May 13th and again a week later. We even went there. Were told by numerous people they would give us a call to let us know something. No one is calling us back. Misleading shipment dates and horrible response time to inquiries. Ordered an item online that was advertise to ship next day and arrive in 5 days. 10 days later no item and order status still shows pending. Lowes customer service email address returns a message indicating this email is no longer monitored. Lowes customer service call number had estimated 50min wait time. I purchased a fence installation which was subcontracted by Dream Decks LLC. Lowe's does not have a quality control system to ensure contractors complete the project properly. The workmanship by Dream Decks contractors was so was so horrible that the entire fence had to be torn down by a second subcontractor and reinstalled with all new material. placed on line order for one item for pickup. When I got the information it was ready which was 2 minutes before closing time and I had called to check on status since the item had been placed earlier er in the day i was told i would be notified by email. I went to the store the next day and waited in the pickup spot and then called back in the store and was informed my order had been transferred to another location, but not sure why i wasn't notified. So I missed while I was ordering online where I could select to have my $5 order delivered to my house. I discovered after I submitted my order as there was not review before finalization that my order was automatically set to be delivered to the PineBluff, AR store for pick up. I messaged a consultant in the question box that popped up who referred me to the customer service 1-800-number. I have been a local customer of Lowes for longer than I can remember. After all these years, I tried to return an item today and was refused. They stated that the product was past its 90 day return window. I must say I was totally shocked, I have never been refused before. Absolutely terrible, would give a zero if that was possible. placed an order may 9, 2020 online did not hear anything until may 19 when I called the local store cause the 1 800 would not go through at all, beep busy and disconnect. The lady who answered could not explain why I had not received an email to confirm delivery but I was scheduled for may 20, 2020. Terrible Terrible Terrible, even with the extended service plan' I bought a refrigerator 2 years ago, it died on april 29, 2020 lowes was contacted and set me up for a technician for the 30th, the company called and said they couldn't do it until Thursday may 7th, may 7th comes a tech shows who isn't skilled enough to fix the refrigerator, he puts in a call for another service tech to come the following mon/tues, he never shows I call that Friday and the lady says the tech should of never said someone was gonna be there, so ... read more

Regarding the ********** store and Lowe's Canada Corporate Office I purchased an item online through curbside pick up, it wasn't what we anticipated. I attempted to return through the online return, waited a week and never received an email from lowes with a pick up label.
