Out of all my years working in customer service and being a consumer this recent experience has been the worst. I had a online order, never shipped after a week but money was held on my bank account. Called twice waiting on 30 minutes only to have the call disconnected. No one will help via text or email. Very rude and refusing to be of any assistance. Tell you to just keep calling back. Im now having to dispute the charges with my bank since I cannot get any kind of communication with Lowes.

Rochester Lowe's poor fence install beware I paid 7000 for professional installed fence and got ****** job took over two months to complete the posts are not level part are craked and blew apart three times local manger says it meets industry standards and if fine with the ****** job I would not recommend buying anything from them

We purchased a service plan for our appliance, which has now been in continual service for 9 weeks. The tech determined it was unrepairable. I requested a replacement, was told it qualified, and now they're sending out a new service center to start the service over again. To top it off, two of the representatives hung up on me saying there's nothing they can do.

Vernon Hills, IL is where I purchased a refrigerator, Mary told me I needed to purchase a water line that they would install, so "they" come and said the line is too short that I probably needed 8ft and I asked would they come back once I purchased the cord "they" were not sure so I called the store and Michelle I think that's her name blew me off so I come to the store and speak to the manager and she was nice. I do not recommend having appliances delivered by Lowe's!!! I ordered a washing machine and dryer on Friday, May 1 from Lowe's in Bedford,NH. The man in the appliance dept was very knowledgeable and helpful and we arranged for a delivery on Monday, May 4. I received a call on Sunday evening and was asked 2 questions pertaining to the health of people on my home. On April 15, 2020, I purchased a wall oven from Lowes online. The date is May 7, 2020 and I still haven't received it. I haven't received any email about a delay. I've called the store and they keep saying it might be on the next truck. Do you know how difficult it has been to cook without an oven for a toddler and family? Especially during this pandemic. I understand delays because of this, but I spent over $1000. No reply and no guarantee when I will get it.

I recently purchased appliances for the first time from Lowe's. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a store - big or small. After multiple set up deliveries that never showed, I had to call the store, spend way too long on the call carousel, and ultimately had to take my complaints to corporate. Placed an order for under the bed storage units and picked up at the store (They brought it to the car). When I got home, I found one of the items was broken and parts missing. I called the store customer service (White Settlement, Tx) immediately, after getting to a manager he agreed to replace the unit and ship it the next day and call me back and let me know what he had done. that was 5 days ago and have heard nothing. Durning quaretine we tried curbside pick up. Sat for over 30minutes while trying to call the number provided. We were never connected. We went inside, while inside we were told the phones were not working. Asked to speak with a manager and told one was not available. Placed a complaint with customers service and never heard anything. This was for the Newark Lowe's in DE.
