Lowes Rebate system is total scam. Filed my initial rebate for 2 appliances in December with all of the relevant information from the online order. Received notification approximately 6 weeks later that the submission was invalid. I called and followed up and the rep on the phone informed me to use the delivery date instead of the sales date since it was done online so I resubmitted using the exact information that he told me to use. I had an issue with my Frigidaire gallery refrigerator in connection with replacing the water filter. One of the appliance associates, named Chris, was very helpful and spent over 40 minutes on the phone with me and walked me through the process. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism.

2020, Lowes use to take payments to account within 24-48 hours maximum online, before their company went to hell in 2019. Now they wont take payment for over a darn week!!! Company now plays games with accepting online payments which causes havoc with your checking account balances. Wish I could give zero stars. Contracted for $8445 in vinyl privacy fence on Feb 5, 2020. waited until feb 24 for it to be delivered and was told it would be installed on the 24th. The installer called on the 24th and said he was about 2 weeks behind because of the weather and that the scheduler knew this. 5 large skids of materal sat on my front lawn for 10 days out in the rainy weather. Horrible experience with generator and mini split purchase/installation. Installers created dangerous electrical conditions at my home. Failed county inspections. Management at Lowe's is going to void my warranties. Will not talk to me. A***** show beyond belief. Stay away. ************

Will never shop at Lowes ever again. I am tired of prices fluctuating -- apparently in response to new promotions which, according to staff, are changed hourly. The staff and I sat for an hour one day trying to figure out why I had one online price, and their online price was completely different (note, not an in store versus online price, but both online). If I could give Lowe's at 7441 Two Notch Road Columbia SC I would. I have been on hold requesting to speak to the delivery department for 30 minutes to be hung up on. I called back and the same customer service agent named "John or George" (Spanish accent) put me back on hold with no follow up. At the time I am writing this complaint I have been on hold for 28 minutes 17 seconds. I ordered a driver for my elderly parents on 3/6. I was told the dryer would be delivered on 3/12.
