I recently had Lowes in ************ *** install carpet in my home. During the installation the installers pried up on one of the interior door frames to get the carpet under it. They forced the frame up and out so far that the door would no longer latch and you could see a gap between the door and the frame. Lowes sent someone out to look at the door and after pushing, pulling and prying (I never did see a level or square) they determined the door was installed wrong. Lowe's replaced my roof. The contracted company 'Ozark installation' workers threw all old roofing on the back deck. The weight caused a portion of the deck to collapse. Lowe's states they are not responsible to fix the deck and told me to contact ozark installations. The owner of the company will not return my phone calls or text. Last year, Lowe's built my fence which is already warped. Again, I was told not their fault. Bought a refrigerator and washing machine plus lawn care items. We are extremely dissatisfied with this washer, and even more dissatisfied with our experience attempting to use our 5 year warranty to resolve the issues we've had with it since purchase. On all types of cycles and water temp, and with different types of detergent (using minimal amount), our clothes come out of the washer covered in spots. Running an extra rinse cycle does not help, nor does repeating the entire wash cycle. Do not EVER purchase a door or have a door installed by this store. I have had the worst experience trying to get a door installed. I've lost 4 days, and it will be at least another week before they are able to come back and finish the job. I will NEVER use this Lowe's again. It's is very poorly managed. The store is saying that I didn't request certain work to be completed and it's in the paperwork they printed for me. I cannot begin to tell you enough not to buy floors from Lowes; go ANYWHERE else. These people will lie to your face and tell you anything to make a sale and take your money. Then you get stuck with poor quality installation and an absolute total mess. I went to look at flooring from Lowes. I had researched the flooring I wanted and saw a salesman named Donnell. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTING ON LOWE'S FROM CAMP CREEK MARKET PLACE IN ************** I HAVE NEVER FELT THIS DISHONEST BY LOWE'S IN MY LIFE. Recently had a bad experience with our install of carpet and vinyl planking. And still are going through it. Between the attitude with sales department to the contractor who had their person who installed vinyl did a horrible job. It all started with when they messed up on what we wanted to do in the kitchen on extending the room 10-12 inches that we told the contractor we wanted when they measured.
