Had a dishwasher ordered on 12/28/2019...delivery date was 1/16....got a call on the 15th confirming the delivery....never showed or called...we call and it was never delivered to the store...took half day vacation...went to the store on Sunday...told we could get another dishwasher...then told it was to be delivered to the store on Monday...called and confirmed the delivery for Tuesday in the morning....called late in the morning...said it was damaged...come to find out...the box was damaged....took another day off work....... read more

Ordered an LG Wall Oven on Nov 22, 2019 for a kitchen remodel to begin late January. This was IN THE STORE. I was assured by the appliance department it would arrive in plenty of time. I was called and given a delivery date of 23 December. I was told I would get a call with a "delivery window" in a couple days. No one ever called me, so I called them. I would give them zero stars, they sell extended service contracts for major appliances ie Dishwasher than it's broke full of water and you have to wait for 4 weeks to get it repaired. Better off not buying the contract and paying for service which gets done in a couple of days. Best Serviced is the repair company this almost new Samsung dishwasher needs a pump and I have to wait for 4 weeks for repair with water in the machine, a health hazard in more ways than one. Both Lowes and Best service give you the brush off when yo... read more

Customer service is terrible. Some of the rudest sales associates I have ever met. Will be going elsewhere to get lumber from now on

This started out with a coupon not been valid with was supposed to be, which was resolved. After 4 calls regarding another issue with my credit card being flagged and my phone call to the credit card company at their request, where it was determined it was Lowe's problem, I will not deal with them again. They gave me different stories each time I called. I was on the phone for more than 3 hours and in the end, they gave me no solution, blaming me when it is clearly their system. I ordered a $300 power tool combo kit early December. The package was showing that it was delivered on December 5. I was outside working all day and was specifically keeping an eye out for it, but it never arrived. I reported the incident immediately to Lowes several times and was never followed up with. They are saying ***** denied the claim saying that they delivered it to the right address. Lowes refuses to take care of the issue. Very poor customer service. I am out $300 and no product.

Recently, I had a home inspection and learned that I was missing Kick flashing between my gutters and chimney siding. Needless to say the water damaged had been rotting the wood an insulation behind the siding for two and a half years. The kick flashing which should have been installed would have prevented the damage and redirected the water into the gutters. We ordered a dishwasher through Lowe's online, and received e-mail confirmation of the order and the statement that delivery would take place on the 9th of January, about a week after the order was placed, We received this information twice. The order also included removal of our old machine with the stipulation that it be disconnected and pulled out by us for removal by them. Placed order for $550 online for cabinets. Used $300 in old giftcards and $250 a newly purchased giftcard (purchased $250 giftcard because of giftcard discount I get through my company with lowes). After order went through and i got an order confirmation page and I disposed of old $300 worth of giftcards. Next day I got a email stating "due to a systematic error on our end your order was not completed and your payment method was not charged".
