I had Lowes PROSIG group install lino in my house the total square footage is less than 450 square feet. The bill is for 816 square feet installed total of 3240 dollars. Wow they charged me 1200 dollars for installing my lino in someone elses house I think. the laundry area is less than 20 square feet they show it as 81 square feet. FRAUD? or someone so green that he or she doesn,t know what length times width is. Delivery of washer/dryer ordered on 12/9/19 changed at least 4 times from 12/14/19 to 12/26 to 12/31 to 2/7/20. Unbelievable aggravation, so I cancelled my order and went with ********** with delivery in 4 days

I am at a loss for how disappointed I am with the service I have received from Lowe's. We have been trying to get doors installed in our home since May of 2019. It is now almost January of 2020 and the job is STILL not complete. What's worse is that Lowe's has had our money tied up (almost $15,000) since June and the Installation Support Team has stopped responding to my and my husband's emails. Ordered 4 appliances for kitchen. Delivery guys rude and angry. Left dishwasher in box in livingroom. Refrigerator and stove loaded with plastics, tapes and styrofoam . One delivery guy told me products would be damaged in a fit of anger. He wad correct. Stove has huge dent. They did not make sure things worked like Lowe's website promises. On way out they threw heavy water hookups on flat stove top. Do not get appliances delivered by Lowe's.

Lowe's ************* started a kitchen remodel first week of December. A month later the bad installation is still not made right. another 3 weeks for countertops. No action from Lowe's, no action from their lousy contractor, incredible installations. yeah, it was pretty incredible.

During the black friday deal bought THREE appliances (washer, dryer and refrigerator) that were set to arrive the 24th. We called ahead twice just verify the time and they confirmed. We called the day of and were put on hold and never answered. They No call No showed ( which im sure they wouldve fired and employee for doing the same) and we have been without our appliances in our new home since. Fraudulent charges applied to my account for "security fee" as they called it for monitoring timely payments (my account is on auto pay). Good thing there is a ********** and ******* nearby... If I could leave negative 5 stars, I would. I placed an online order early in the morning at 7:00 am and did not receive an email that my online order was ready to pick. I called the store in *********** around 3 o'clock and the guy at the customer service desk said my order was cancelled. No one called me or emailed me to let me know about my order.
