If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Worst company to deal with. Please never buy anything from them. $2000 later and no product. Order after order cancelled. Customer care doesn't have a clue what's going on. 48 hour reply time if you email support? Not a chance.

Lowes home improvement doesn't stand behind its contracted installation group. They destroyed our mailbox with a delivery truck and won't reimburse us to replace it. Poor communication since the day we bought a new refrigerator. After 20 years as a customer, I'm tired of incompetent service and I'm done with Lowes forever. I'm fuming mad.

They delivered a fridge that had an awful smell due to something not working correctly and told me that it was a new smell. I had to call to get it checked out and sure enough something was burning in the fridge causing that smell. I traded it for another one and they delivered it dented so I had to go back to the store to trade it for another one and they told me I had to call some number on the receipt to get the 5 year warranty I paid for transferred to the new fridge! I've never filled out a BBB review before but I'm at a loss on this one. I heard about Lowe's program of selling roofing materials and having one of their contractor install them. The Lowe's rep came out to the house in August and provided a quote. He said he would strongly advise getting it done in September because you want the sun to cook the asphalt shingles and provide a strong bond before the snow piles on the roof. He said there was a contractor who could do it in September and that Lowe's worked with two others so th... read more

I paid for a door and installation, and the installer didn't show up. Instead, I got a call saying the installer decided it was the wrong door, and we would have to reschedule. I am selling my home and have a deadline to complete the repair. This is unacceptable, and there is apparently nothing their customer service can do. From now on I will be a life-long ********** customer.

Lowes in Rocky Mount VA..I purchased an install for gates in July 2019 and it's October 2019 and they were never installed. Management agreed to do the install at no charge and now corporate office has said they will not be installing the gates as promised by the store manager Brain. I would advise everyone at this point to not do business with this Company. They have refunded the money back to my account, but my family and I have been dealing and waiting for this gates to protect my boys from getting into the street since J... read more

The supervisor working on the floor named George was very aggressive and demeaning and 3 employees helping me said please don't get me in trouble he is our supervisor and we can't say anything but call or 1-800 number. They agreed his approach was demeaning and scolding to both my husband and I. My daughter got scared and went to the decoration section and he followed me there again scolding and yelling at me. Worst Money Ever Spent - Lowe's Home Improvement -Buyer Beware! I am officially no longer a Lowe's customer. After convincing my husband to remove perfectly good carpet to replace with engineered hardwood on our 2nd floor landing because I thought it would enhance the space, I decided to get a few quotes. My husband and I are reasonable people and don't like to complain, but with that being said we are very dissatisfied with how the Riverton Utah Lowe's has handled our whole situation. We went in this last Labor Day to order carpet as we knew they had some good deals. We worked with a guy whose name we will not write for privacy and respect of him. He was very nice upfront.
