Great customer service. Both Arthur and Eric in the flooring department were top notch. They were professional, informative, polite, and extremely patient.

Do not use Lowe's for your flooring needs! We had to live with a plywood floor for months waiting for them to show up. The grout color is wrong and they did nothing to fix this. I chose a dark color, but I now have white that is dirty due to this is where people enter our house. I not!iced the grout error and told t!them installer to stop. He could speak no English and by the time I got through the phone chain he was done and left. He could not understand one word I said. Purchase Store # 1176 Beltline Road Decatur Garage Door In July I looked at a garage door and it wasn't till the last week of July that Lowe's (Amarr) came out to measure for the door. On 8/1/19 the door was purchased. I got a call the last of August from Amarr saying that 9/27 would be the earliest that they could install the door. Last week I received a call from Lowes asking if the door had been installed yet. I told them that it was scheduled for 9/27. Awful experience with Lowe"s purchase new appliance coming in with open box. Went back to store few time they make you wait for at less 40 minutes each visit. You don't been treat like a customer after paid. Will never go back to Lowe's again.

On 8/30/2019 I purchased a new refrigerator at the Lowe's store on 4012 14rh St W, Bradenton Fl 34205. The store rep wrote down on paperwork that delivery to my home was to be on 9/7/19 and that I would receive a call fro XPO who is their delivery people to give me a time frame. On 9/7/19 I did not hear from XPO so I called them at approx 12:00pm and was told that the delivery would be at the store-not at my home. I said that is not what the store rep told me.
