Don't ever use Lowes promotional no interest for a year. They will try to scam you. They put their no interest items on the same credit card account as when you purchase other items that are not part of the promotion, then if it's the entire balance is not paid off in full they say you have to pay the interest. This happened to me twice in the first 3 months of a no interest promotion for year. lowes of **************** is the worst. unfriendly workers that avoid you if you look like you need help,[will turn and walk the other way ].bought all my appliances there and half were damaged.just tried to buy a gas range[never anyone working appliances]first one came in with two dime size chips[not from shipping but packaged that way]had to bring back.after reordering[again not with help from appliance person]second range can in with big dent in side and top , after seeing all associates left the area. finally after over ... read more

I think this company would rather sell $35 measurements than appliances. I went in for a dishwasher, waited about 20 minutes for one of the only 2 people in the department to "help" me out, only to find out that they actually knew as much or less than they did. After settling on a dishwasher based on online reviews I researched on my own, I was told that first I would need to pay $35 for someone to come out in "the next day or two" to measure. DO NOT buy flooring from Lowe's in SWFL! I'd leave negative star review, if possible. Store 2221 uses a terrible vendor (FIS) and will side with the vendor before their paying customers. It took this vendor 8 different estimates to get our measurements right (so we thought) and then once the laminate flooring was at our new home, the vendor refused to install the laminate flooring. I purchased a ******* welder from lowes, verified that it was in store on the website then drove 20 minutes out of my way to go pick it up. Upon arrival I asked an associate for help, 1 associate turned into 3 different associate's which was nice that they were trying, turns out someone had stolen the welder from the store 2-3 weeks prior to my arrival they just didn't update it in the system. I purchased an AO Smith hot water heater from this Lowe's on January 25, 2020 and had it installed by a professional. The unit has a 6 year warranty and when it stopped working after only 21 days I contacted the manufacturer as it states on the unit. After several attempts by me and my installer for a week with no return calls I finally called Lowe's and told them what was going on. I got a new washer, dryer and refrigerator delivered to my brand new, just built house by Lowe's. The drivers they sent were not properly trained and tried to bring the refrigerator up a flight of stairs with the doors on. The walls in my stairwell were destroyed - deep gouges, scratches and marks on the walls. When I called I was assured that someone would contact me and it would be taken care of but that never happened. Heart breaking to buy a new house and have the main entrance so damaged.
