My parents have a warranty plan for their fridge that they purchased through Lowe's. The freezer stopped cooling and a company was sent out to repair it. After a few days and replacing a part in the ice maker, we were told that the issue was fixed. The freezer stopped working completely. Horrible!! Never again will I go in this store.purchased a whirlpool washer and an extended warranty, what a joke, this has been going on since 2-20-20,the customer service or repairmen do not know what they are doing, it's been a nightmare. They do nothing but play games!!!! And still as of today 4-7-20,I do not have a working washer. After 4 attempts and 2 no shows. Horrible way to do business.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. I canceled an order with Lowes 3/22/2020. This is 4/3/2020 and I still have not gotten my money ($3466.15) back in my bank account. It took them 5 seconds to take the cash via debit card but they can't get it back in a timely manner. Their customer service and managers are rude and unhelpful. I will never do business with lowes again.

Horrible customer service. When the washer was brought up to the register to pay the box was destroyed. I stated I did not want that one. after waiting 20 minutes for another washer I went back to find the person looking for it. When I found him he stated he had to move 5 washers to get one that did not have a messed up box. I bought a washing machine, within a week the lock would not release on the lid. I have been trying to sign my husband up for a military discount for about a week. He already had a discount in the system ..they misspelled his name but now with the new procedure of creating a mylowes account the website doesnt work. I much more prefer to walk around my Lake Wales Lowe's rather than their competitor's, and I really appreciate and applaud them for the military discount; however, I have issues with a few things to the point of actually having to write this review. Communication to Customers they are delivering to is the worst. I had an item scheduled for delivery weeks ago. A few days before I called to confirm it had not been postponed or canceled. I was told it was still on track. I asked when and was told in the morning. The day of delivery It took multiple phone calls to reach anyone and they could never confidently confirm delivery. I got 160 stones and 10 bags of sand ordered to be delivered to my house on Wednesday and the lady that took my order told me it will be delivered on Sunday. Well Sunday came and they told they won't make it today, so I had to go to the store and reschedule it. I never leave negative reviews, however, I am tired of Lowes bait & switch practices (which is illegal). They advertise an item on their website on sale and when the item is added to your cart it becomes full price. This is the second time it's happened.
