Lowes in general is a great store, from merchandise, to pricing, to the helpfulness of employees. If you are a Veteran, Lowes should be your only home improvement store. Discounts on every purchase is a great gesture on their part. The fact they honor Vets by having special parking for us is above and beyond.

Mt Vernon Washington..... I ordered a washer on the 14th of April with it to be delivered 12 days after I ordered it. It wasn't delivered nor did anyone call me. I made approximately 50 phone calls to the Lowe's before a manager decided to tell me they couldn't deliver until the following Thursday. This was totally unacceptable so I cancelled the order thinking I would receive a refund on my car. Absolutely didn't happen. The Lowe's in Hixson TN has the worst installation crew that I have ever worked with. Tha manager said they would call me back. I have called them 5 days a week for 5 weeks and told the same thing. They never called back. Bad part they still have the $4500 they owe me. My recommendation is to not call lowes for a fence installation. 2 month later and still nothing but aggravation.

Lowes continues to disappoint! I ordered patio pavers, gravel and sand along with other yard items from the Mechanicsville location. My first delivery date I was given was for (Saturday) April 25th from 8:00 AM-8:00 PM (and the order was coming from the Williamsburg location???), I waited the entire day and received a call at 6:49 PM that "they are unable to do the delivery." We ordered a 400 dollar umbrella and paid 80 dollars for it to be delivered as it was too big to fit in our car. We told the cashier that we needed it to be carried up 3 flights to our rooftop terrace. We waited 3 days for the delivery and when it came the delivery drivers tried everything in their power to not take it up the stairs by saying all of the following: "Its not going to fit up the stairs" "We were told to leave it in the garage" "You paid for delivery, but this is going to cost extra, like another 40 dollars" ... read more

I've just had to cancel an order for refrigerator after waiting for delivery on two separate days from 8am-8pm then 8am- 530pm when i called to check on the delivery. The original date of delivery i did not receive a call that it was not coming or delayed so I waited all day then called the next day. They explained that it did not fit on the truck that day and was rescheduled for A MONTH later? I said we need to cancel then, i can't wait a month without a refrigerator. I come into the store on a weekly basis and every time I come in I get a attitude I asked if there was a blade that came into the skil saw I was about ready to purchase a/d the guy in tools said for me to look on the F***ing box very unprofessional and I also went in on 04/28/2020 to buy cabinet handles and there was one handle missing the guy running the register at the time talked to his manager Sally and she told me to go find another one I keep bringing the concerns to the Store manager and he does not do anything about ... read more

Lowes of Beckley were very helpful. My son had ordered a rather large amount of lumber and drywall and the corporate office had sent him an email stating it would be delivered the next day. We hired 5 guys to help us with unloading and the order never showed up. As furious as I was I was even more concerned with my son being out 500.00 to pay for labor costs. April, 28, 20 I'm currently waiting for Lowe's to return another call concerning my problem as listed below. The last time I talked to them was April 16 & 17 before we returned to N.H.
