I placed on online order on May 8th. On May 15th I checked my online account to see what the status of that order was. It still said "In Process" which was the same status that the order had on May 8th. I tried the telephone number that is the only option that Lowe's shows on their website for customers to contact Lowe's. (No online chat, no email, no web page for feedback.) Lowe's absolutely burned a bridge with us today as customers. I'll pay however much extra it may cost to frequent ********** than to ever return to Lowe's. Being charged for an item with receipt proof and then being told our item was given to another customer instead is absolutely not the way to do business. Now we have to wait 5-7 business days to even have that money back in our bank account. I placed an online order for curbside pickup. My order was delayed for two weeks because some products were sold out before the order was pulled. The email stating my order was ready was sent incorrectly, as the order had not been fully gathered yet. On the second trip my order had been split by the computer into two inventory lists. The person picking my order didn't know it was missing items. She was very helpful and eventually found the second list and products and brought them two me to save me a third trip. About 45 days ago after completing a home project, I was attempting to return two unopened boxes of floor laminate. I had paid cash, but do not have the receipt. I was told that a valid receipt was needed for a refund. I just needed a store credit. I spoke to the store manger and he stated that it was denied due to too many items being returned in the past and he could not do anything to help me. I began visiting the Lowes store in Norwalk, Calfornia in 2018. At the time, I needed help with purchasing home improvement supplies. I pleasantly surprised by the way the products were organized the helpfulness of the staff. In 2019, I decided to start gardening. Based on my prior experience, I returned to Lowes to explore my options. I didn't know that Lowes offered such an extensive variety of plants and flowers. Worse customer service ever after placing customer pick up order. I bought 6 small brackets the sales clerk came out with one and then said' I'll go get the other ones. Never showed back up. I had to go into the store and the young lady started calling her, paging her after about 15 minutes she comes walking up and the other lady asked her where are they? She replied she doesn't know and walked off! I'll never shop there again and will buy my stuff somewhere else. They wasted an hour and half of my time!

I have though **** and hard about my review of Lowes. Bottom line, I really ***'t think the management of Lowes really cares about its customers or about making things right with the customer. Although I believe most of the employees are capable and caring individuals it is apparent that the training they receive from management at Lowes is very poor. I had brought a washer from lowes on a tuesday and they said it would be delivered on sunday I got a text Saturday to confirm delivery between 12:30 and 4:30 which I did confirm the delivery never came could not reach lowes by phone so I want down in person got a very unsympathetic manager who explained I either take a refund for the warranty I got with it or just refund the whole amount.he did not say once that he was sorry for the product not being delivered I understand times are hard now but I would have appreciated a co... read more
